The room was very small with no storage facilities. Ok for a short period of time but no more than 2 people who get on very well could stay there.

La chambre est ridiculement petite pour 2 personnes et leur valise. Le lit en 120 de large toujours pour 2 personnes ne permet pas un sommeil de très bonne qualité malgré le couchage ferme.

Modern and in nice location

The room was quite small, we didn’t have space to open our luggage. Definitely not suitable if you’re having big luggages, I think it is okay for a business trip where you have a small luggage

The breakfast was excellent! Choice between Western or Japanese breakfast. We chose Western and it was delicious lots of food, kept us full up until lunch time! Wasn’t too busy at breakfast time.

Bathroom was too small for one of us, who is just over 6ft. Kept tripping over the step into the bathroom and my partner had to duck in the bathroom. Knees touching the wall then on the toilet! Room was very small but fine for the length of our stay. The bed was solid!

-A 10 min à pieds de la station de métro et zone commerciale de Osaka station, lignes principales de rejoindre les principaux centres d'intérêt. -Plusieurs restaurants locaux autour de l'hôtel. -Le petit-déjeuner servi en personne, 2 choix de menus: japonais ou western. Fabuleux et délicieux. -Le personnel au petit-déjeuner -Des kits de toilette à disposition à la réception. -Thés et cafés à volonté à la réception. -Le self check-in et check-out, très efficace et rapide.

-La chambre certes petite, chose commune au Japon mais pas du tout fonctionnelle. La salle de bains est semblable à un Algeco. Il faut fermer complètement la porte afin que l'autre personne partageant votre chambre puisse passer. De plus, contrairement aux autres hôtels du pays, il est impossible de glisser nos valises sous le lit. -Le personnel de réception pas assez disponible. De grands panneaux nous empêchent de communiquer avec eux, il faut activer une clochette pour s'adresser à eux.

Le petit déjeuner etait vraiment excellent :le meilleur que nous ayons eu au Japon depuis 3 semaines Cela nous a d’ailleurs incité à dîner au restaurant qui est également excellent Le service pour le petit déjeuner et restaurant est également parfait En ce qui concerne l’hôtel les chambres sont des chambres cabines très petites mais très bien conçues ( literie excellente) et situation au calme à proximité cependant des métros et gare d’OSAKA.

Les ascenseurs sont sous dimensionnés il faut attendre Le personnel a l’accueil est très aimable mais sous dimensionné / la machine à café en libre service n’a parfois pas d’eau et les poubelles à côté ne sont pas vidées assez souvent ( nous étions là le we ce qui explique peut être cette situation ).

The rooms were very clean and reasonably updated. The staff were very nice and helpful. I liked the checkout kiosks in the lobby.

Our rooms were very small. If you are over 6 feet tall, you won’t fit in this room. If you are over 250lbs, you won’t fit in this room. The ceilings were about 6’2” in the sleeping area, and about 6’ tall in the bathroom (due to the elevated floor). The room was comically small, actually. Way smaller than it looks in the photos.

We could not sleep during our first night at the hotel because of the loud noise coming from the adjacent room, people were talking and laughing so loud. we were so tired from the flight and we want to have a good night sleep. We called the reception to complain and requested to be moved to another room. One of the staff, Rio Toyoshima came to our room and she actually heard the loud voices coming from the other room. She immediately find another room for us to stay. We were so thankful for the quick response and solution to the situation. She was very polite and helpful and even assisted us with our luggage. She is truly an asset to your company.

Bra läge, bekvämt hotell även om rummen på hotell i japanska storstäder är mycket små. Personalen var hjälpsam när vi ville skicka bagaget i förväg till ett annat ställe. Inte särskilt dyrt att göra heller. Vi var där när det var jordbävning 200 km bort. Hela huset svajade och vi rusade ut. Inget hände som tur var och personalen var kolugna!

Vi var i Osaka under nyår och mycket var stängt. Svårt at hitta restaurang för att äta på nyårsafton så var mer välplanerade än vi var! Fanns bara japansk eller västerländsk färdigfixad frukost att välja på så det blev en hel del matsvinn eftersom man. inte kunde välja själv vad man ville äta. Buffe hade varit bättre.

A very clean space that had everything that we needed. The staff kept everything tidy almost every day which I was impressed with. The bed was comfy even though we were not used to it being on the floor. The bathroom was very clean as well. It is not a big room but we didn't feel too cramped which was nice. Our luggage was delivered via a delivery service, and they kept our luggage safe behind the desk until we could go and collect it. Plenty of amenities in the nice lobby, and they have a coin operated laundry with vending machines. It's in a good area for nightlife and easy walking distance for most of the things we needed to see. There are plenty of konbini options nearby as well if needed. Internet access was easy, fast, and reliable. Overall a pleasant experience!

Nothing! The only negative thing I can say is pretty minor, but again, it is a little small, so if that matters to you please keep that in mind. This is pretty normal for Japan though. That being said, even after we had our 2 suitcases, we still had plenty of room to move around and since we weren't spending all day in the room, it didn't really matter to us!

Location was great. Train stations are between 10-12 minute walking distances away. Bus stop is a 6 minute walk. Convenience stores are short walks away. Comfortable rooms. Staff at the breakfast venue was excellent!

Breakfast was very good but it was the same every single morning. Had a choice between Western or Japanese. We stayed here for a week and we preferred the Japanese set. But there's only so much the taste buds can take morning after morning. If only they had some variations to the breakfast set. Throughout the week we had our room actually cleaned only once...rest of the time it was to simply collect the garbage and replace whatever needed replacing eg. 2 bottles of water, tea/coffee sachets etc. Information card had also said that the sheets would be changed after 3rd day but ours was unchanged for a week. Checking in was through an ATM-like kiosk. If you're not savvy with that it'll take some time.

The Rise was a lovely hotel in a quieter area away from Dotonbori, which was nice. We had a Japanese style room, which was lovely and the futon style bed was very comfortable. Excellent choice of toiletries. Choice of Western or Japanese breakfast, but both were very filling and beautifully presented. There was an offer of ¥100 per person off at a local public bath. We went and it was fabulous, with indoor and outdoor baths - highly recommend this!

Cleanliness of room, location of hotel and facility. Staffs are helpful.

L’incompréhension du personnel à l’effet que j’ai cancellé une nuitée et j’ai payé pour 4 nuitées. On m’a fait repayer l’ouïe le 22. Il était clair que je revenais pour la dernière nuitée du 22. Le montant chargé est de 96.68 CDN. On m’a dit de le réclamer â Booking.com. Discussions très longues et compliquées. On seulement j’ai payé pour 4 jours mais j’ai dû repayer pour la 3 e journée. Non-sens. Booking.com doit me rembourser 2nuits.

The place is spotless, close to various modes of transport and I appreciate their eco-friendly approach.
