The town house was absolutely lovely - it was exactly as described. It was super clean and ideal for a week's vacation. There is a nice big free (I think) car park nearby called Parking Es Pla - it was just a big open space by the harbour. The car can get a bit dusty, but just take it for a wash before handing back. There are other free bays nearby but they do disappear quick. The location is perfect for exploring Ciutadella. Everything is within a few minutes walk. The place itself is very spacious and well maintained. They made a lovely gesture by leaving us some stuff in the fridge upon our arrival. We'd definitely stay here again if we return to Menorca.

Hi great place and great communication. Easy walking to all the points of interest. Really clean. Thoughtful touch with a welcome basket. We loved it. Would recommend.
Weather was a bit cold and though the heater system was great, downstairs it made the dining area nice and warm but didn’t reach the lounge area so we were all a bit cold. Could also do with an extra layer on the bedsthicker duvet in the colder months.

The place was a great base for Menorca, it’s perfectly situated in Ciutadella which had many nearby food options. The house itself it’s beautiful and lovely to relax in after a day exploring. Would happily stay here again.

An extremely positive and enjoyable vacation for us and we are delighted with both the accomodation and theMauter Villas experience. Loved this home in a great location, well equipped and outfitted with exceptional lighting and renovation to an old building. Thoroughly modernized and very comfortable. Mauter Villa team was extremely responsive and helpful. As seasoned travellers, we have never received such a generous and tasty welcome basket which we thoroughly enjoyed and which introduced us to the delights of Menorca. My only complaint about this particular rental is that it lacks a view but we knew that going in and very few old city homes have one.

Absolutely fabulous! We loved everything about the property and cannot wait to return next year! It is exactly if not better than it looks in the pictures.... I would recommend to anyone look to stay in Ciutadella :O)

Beautifully and tastefully remodeled townhouse in ciutadella. Very well equipped and even includes beach towels, umbrella, and cooler. There is a free parking lot by the marinajust outside of town (8 minute) walk. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating welcoming us with a gift basket of local food.

Our visit to Menorca was amazing and this spacious, lovely home contributed to that. It is centrally located - easy access to everything in beautiful Ciutadella. The gift basket was really appreciated as we arrived hungry. The beach set up - umbrella and towels were great. We got a car for our trip so we could visit the rest of the island on our time. We will definitely stay here again.

El alojamiento es mejor aún de lo que aparece en las fotografías, muy céntrico e impecable en cuanto a limpieza y detalles de los anfitriones. Totalmente recomendable, pensamos repetir en cuanto tengamos ocasión

The house was beautiful and perfectly clean. We appreciated the gift basket upon arrival. And when we had a problem (internet was not working) the company responded promptly to fix it. Great service, great location, and beautiful little spot to explore Ciutadella.
The internet would turn off every day, so we had to re-start it. It ended up being fine, but that is something you may want to fix for future customers. Everything else was wonderful thank you!
