Rooms could be better. Quite dated in a 1980s sort of style. Shower curtains in the bathroom would be a good idea.

Great location near the entrance to Krka National Park. Added bonus was the pool which we enjoyed as it was hot during our stay.

the staff was really nice ! The swimming pool was clean and chill. the room was very spacious and clean. For breakfast they had a lot of choice and the quality of the breakfast was also good. The KRKE national park is literally around the corner.

The bed was very hard and we both are very light weighed so for us it was too hard but If you are above 60 kg it is a good bed, I think.

The pool was satisfying for the kids and the breakfast had everything we needed.

The card keys did not work for neither of our two rooms. Lamps were not in function. The restaurant for the evening was with to few waiters. We had to wait for the dinner for one of the family members until the rest of us were finished. One of our rooms was with two adults and a 2,5 year old and she did not even get a pillow of her own or towels.

Right outside entrance to national park with good parking outside pool and terraces for meals.

the location is very good . the staff (specially the lady in reception) was very friendly and helpful.

-housekeeping simply do not exist ! we have asked for it but only the trash bins got emptied! the room was full of ants , the reception lady hoovered the room and put some salt but it did not work ! -breakfast was really poor , breads were not fresh and it looked like leftovers were being reused

Location was good, right next to the park. Parking was easy. Evening food was nice and good value and the kitchen staff stayed open slightly late for us with nice service. .

The air-conditioning in our room did not work properly. When I informed the member of staff on the front desk she claimed to have fixed it but this was not the case. It was only on fan mode, was displaying an error message, was not cooling the room at all, and kept turning itself off. The member of staff was generally rude and did not believe us, after discussion she stormed off to our room to check herself. Once there, she simply kept saying "I can feel air coming out of it, and it's working now, so...". She did not apologise once, treated us like we were a massive inconvenience when we had a legitimate complaint. The room was an oven all night and we barely slept. The hairdryer in our bathroom was also broken, but we didn't really mind. The general rudeness of the staff and broken air conditioning in hot weather means I cannot recommend this hotel.

Comfortable and clean rooms!

Great breakfast with many tasty options. There were croissants and cold options, like cereal, as well as warm options, like a tasty scrambled egg/ham dish. Coffee/tea/milk, too.

The hallways were a little loud in the morning.

the food was diabolical! you have to pay an extra 15€ to use the indoor facilities (pool etc.). no coffee/tea making facilities in the room. staff looked overworked but was friendly. check in at 3pm!

The staff were great - polite, professional and friendly, and did their best to resolve any issues. The location is great - you couldn't be closer to the entrance to Krka NP The rooms were huge - plenty of space for my two kids to run around

The hotel is very dated and looks like it was the place to be 30 years ago. The Shining comes to mind, especially as it was empty. Everything was old - uncomfortable bed mattresses with dips in the middle, my daughter's sofa bed consisted of sections of different heights, sinks with taps that didn't match, etc One of the windows was leaking at night during a storm, which flooded the floor. My daughter's sofa bed wasn't prepared and there was no baby cot set up as requested in advance. Initially, there was no hot water, which appeared 30 mins after complaining to a member of staff and letting it run for ages - not ideal when you have a baby and a 5 year old to get to bed. We were told the spa was open until 10pm - when we went over everything was open and the lights were on but no member of staff present, the saunas were off, the jacuzzi and the pool water was very cold and the floor of the pool area had building dust all over. Unsurprisingly, we left. At dinner we ordered soup for starter, which looked and tasted like packet soup. Breakfast was also disappointing with us having to ask for milk to go with our cereal - not to serve such a basic thing is shocking, and the choice was quite limited.

the staff was wonderful and the location was fantastic if you’re there to hike!

the walls are extremely thing between the hotel door and the hallway and we had very loud neighbors.

Breakfast was great and the location is ideal, right at the entrance to the National Park.
