The location and the unit is spacious.

The carpet smelled of mildew, there’s mold on the ceiling. They owner asked us to leave bedding on after our visit which leads me to believe they are not changing the beds between families.

The location is to die for!

Needs new paint and updated bathroom toilet and sink downstairs. Shelves and shower head in all restrooms could be changed/updated

Sink stopped up, given wrong address to location, pipe on balcony, wall falling apart, TV in one room never worked.

The views were amazing. The use of codes to access the building and rooms was great.

Housekeeping was still cleaning and we were not able to get into the room until 4:40pm. One of the beds only had sheets on it. It was difficult to cool the downstairs bedroom. Did not receive check-in instructions...had to call for them.

The door let cold air in because of no weather stripping and soaked the carpet when it rained. The dishwasher leaked all over kitchen. Property manager was on help what's so ever. The placed looked dirty and torn up. It was obvious that it was not taken care of. Pans and knifes were rusted. Heat did not work down stairs. I could go on and on about how terrible this place was. Long story short not worthy of a pent house name and not worth the money.

The floor in one of the bedrooms was smelling very bad. (Pee)
