Really felt like home, great facilities available, especially the washing machine n dryer.

the property is quite spacious. we were a group of three, so it was quite comfortable but a bit tight. it has great proximity to Shin-Osaka which is great. easy access to The airport, Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, Hiroshima. i also like that I can cook light meals in the kitchen. i didn’t cook this time, hopefull on my next visit. i loved the quiet neighborhood of the property. I wish I stayed longer to be able to check out the neighborhood.

i didn’t like the fabric of the towels. it isn’t soft and it has a type of fabric that has a particular smell when it is damp all the time. i’m sure it would not be the same if only it was bale to dry properly, but it rained the whole time I was there. the toilet wasn’t functioning properly on the first evening when my friends and I arrived. it should be standard operating procedure to check of things are working properly. i also wished I had some sort of personal interaction with the owner as I love meeting new people. but i guess at this time, non contact is the norm.

The property’s location is very convenient as everything essential is nearby, be it convenience stores, restaurants or transportation. There is also very good security as there’s 2 locks before you can even enter your room. Lastly, there are all the important appliances available for use.

Unusually for a Japanese toilet, seat was not heated, so a bit cold in winter. We stayed on the ground floor, the balcony was very dusty and extremely close to the road outside. You would not want to open the curtains nor the balcony door. Also be aware of train noises, not loud but you can hear it.

Eeventhough i never met their staff but they always standby on booking communication chat for giving you information. Location is not far from Shin-Osaka station, just 5-10 mins walk and its very quiet. Also full facilities in the room.

The bed was huge and awesome to really sprawl out on The auto bath and laundry were also a huge plus. If we needed the kitchen it had all the utensils that we would need. The instructions we were given were easy to understand and comprehensive.

Nothing, everything was great

It was next to Shin Osaka Station. Great location for those who want to do day trips with their JR pass. Very thorough explanation of whats good around the area. Quick 15 to 18 minute ride on subway to Dotonburi. Quick 5 to 7 minute ride on transit to Pokemon center, Nintendo store, etc. Very satisfied.

Noise pollution. You will hear the trains move to and from when you wake up. Not too loud, but you will still hear it.

The facility was very well equipped and the instructions from the booklet was very detailed and considerate. The room was clean and comfortable. I stayed with my parents who like to cook for themselves even on holidays so having a clean and well-equipped kitchen was a major plus for them. For me, the little details like having a mini portable scale available for scaling luggages and instructions around the neighborhood was a big advantage.

On our last day, we had to go to KIX very early and it was raining a bit. It's hard to order the taxi in this neighborhood, so that is one downside.

It was in a very convenient location and very spacious. The facilities were new and clean, and the area was very quiet. We had a very comfortable stay.
