The whole stay was very uncomfortable.

I liked the safety of the location.

The room does not have a sink where you can wash the dishes so we had to stay with untidy dishes. We struggled getting in because we were not sent the quote we should use at the gate. Their communication can improve.

Am not a coffee fun and don't like coffee creamer either but, my daughter was happy. I liked the fact that there was free wifi and Netflix was a bonus for my daughter. The room was actually warm even without air-conditioning or heater. We could warm up our food in the microwave and boil water for tea.

There was a tobacco smell when we arrived. There was no soap caddy in the shower so I to put everything on the floor while showering

Bedding was not clean, and the taps handles were loose. A bit of fixing will go a long way to improve this apartment.

Location convenient for my work needs. The room was clean on arrival. There is adequate security as the property is in a secured estate. Staff was friendly throughout.

The room evidently is not complete for a stay longer than a single night. The property might still be undergoing some construction, however there are some standard facilities that should be in place before renting out to patrons. The bathroom did not have a shower curtain, there was a lack of dishwashing liquid, no bowls (only plates), and no drying cloth for dishes. The room also smelt like concrete. My biggest issue was the noise levels. There is no soundproofing between the rooms. During the day there is the constant sound of a washing machine. You can hear other guests walk about, doors closing, clattering in kitchens, and conversations. There are some small details that could make the place more refined. Removing concrete splash-overs on the towel rack etc, straightening the shelves, putting in two bed side tables with easier access to a plug from the bed, a beside lamp, having more blankets available in winter and replacing the outdoor light by the door, complete the garden as it looks like a construction site. There is potential in the property, and I hope it can fulfil the idea the owners are trying to put forward.

The location was perfect for my needs. The perimeter security was good but no security at The Jukskei Stay. That is about the only positive aspect of the whole stay.

No-one to receive me - had to phone. No breakfast, or milk for coffee and the power supply tripped after load shedding. There was no service (make bed etc) after the first night and the water on the floor from the shower without shower screen was missing. the building is under construction and not ready for use. I could provide a full detailed defects list if needed. There was no front fence /gate or numbers on the units. could not use the kettle to boil water, or the microwave or the heater

This is a wood and board structure. It is a fire hazard. The authortities should never have approved it's construction !!

Everything was just amazing. Quiet, safe and absolutely felt like home.

I didn’t have breakfast, Andy when I booked the place because I wanted a self catering apartment but when I got there I was surprised to get a small room that was suitable for someone that was staying for a night I wasn’t happy at all until the lady showed me a bigger room which I had to pay an extra R450 so that I can get a bigger room and be comfortable m. My partner was not happy because she said we should have booked in Paulshof from the place that we saw first but because it was pricey we decided to take Juskei stay.

If the booking.com will show us exactly what we are paying for instead of being surprised when you see the place that you’ve booked is not the same.

Security at the premises seemed impressive. Location is ideal for people that have to do some work as well because it is quiet for one's concentration.

The room needs to be de-humified. There's need for television to be working..
