the house was beautiful and it was in a great location

It was in the perfect location for us. My husband came to Fort Lauderdale for surgery and the apartment was within 15 minutes to hospital and Dr office. Less than 10 minutes to the beach.
Really was not dissatisfied with anything. Very nice place and quiet. Maybe add a better blind to the bedroom but this is very minimal.

Great location! Minutes walk to publix, Walgreens, shell gas station, Dunkin donuts and other food establishments! The owner also supplied a cooler, beach towels, folding chairs and beach umbrella!!

It was a great location, close to several stores, and about 10 minutes from the beach, nice neighborhood. Outdoor grill and picnic table with a privacy fenced backyard.
It would have been nice to have a washer and dryer in our apartment, there was a laundromat on site with only one pay washer and dryer that was shared.

We really enjoyed our stay there, so quiet area, the host is really friendly guy. The apartment looks in great condition and clean. Totally recommended this property.
I don't like that in the kitchen don't have a dish dryer rack.

The place was very organized, the host answer promptly all emails, the bbq and terrace were amazing, the location was great and there was everything to take and have a nice day on the beach (one parasol was broken though). A great place overall.
The dishes were not fully clean when we arrived, the tv could be better and newer and the door handles also.
