Breakfast not applicable. The apartment and neighborhoods very calm. fully furnished access to shopping easy. Gravesano is far from the Lugano hassle. Good place to stay

The lift was out of order regularly. No iron in the apartment I have to go down to fetch iron and ironing board. Dirty linen dumped regularly in the small room of the washing machine and in the machine. Wifi cut by provider for non payment of bill I had to use my phone as wifi spot !!! AC noisy. the paint in ceiling was coming out. I rented a car during the stay. Driving to reach the place is very stressing. uphill and very narrow street (Picolo Grumo) that fits only 1 car.

Suit itself and everything inside was perfectly clean, location was easy to find and close to supermarket and highway. All appliances inside suit were functioning.

Lift was not functioning and we stayed in the suit which was on the 3rd floor 🥺. So we had to walk all the way up to the suit with our luggages. Just a reminder for the host; please change the wording of the key-holder as it was not clear enough to read😉.

Its is very clean and and modern.

The parting is very narrow und ist Not smoth as a resault my car was damaged.

The access to the property is a bit scary and they should add a no entry sign to a nearby street where I went in too and ended up damaging the car

We stopped for a night in Lugano in our way to Italy. The apartment was clean and well equipped. It has a nice garden and the living room is spacious even for a family with two little kids like ourselves.

It is difficult to find the apartments. There is only one small sign in the middle of the road leading to the apartments, but nothing else. Even with Google maps we had a hard time finding the exact building since it has no number or sign, we had to ask the neighbors who barely spoke any English in order to find the apartment. Another issue was the noise. We could hear the noise from the neighboring apartment all the night

1) you’re absolutely UNSAFE. lift exits straight out to your apartment and anyone can enter it. this is what happened to me. I was sitting in the dining room when some random women just got out of the lift. so you can not leave anything inside , you can not be naked, you can not sleep well knowing that’s it is INSECURE. owner refuses to make refund and cancel the booking after that accident and didn’t respond to my messages. booking.com didn’t help. 2) no bath mat, no towels , no shower door. floor goes wet and slippery. you can easily fall and get injured 3) nearly impossible to get there in a big car as the road to apartment is extremely narrow, so as garage 4) even no tea spoons 5) it is named after Lugano though it is far far way from it and hard to get there from Lugano center

Lovely property. Very modern and plenty of space. Comfortable bed and everything we could require.

The checking in process. Proved to be difficult as we lost reception on our mobile phones and were therefore completely stranded. We had to buy a local SIM card in order to check-in.

Check out time , it early to check .

Comfy bed, clean toilet, the kitchen provided all the tools we need to cook our meal. The process for self check-in/ check-out is very easy, just follow the instruction given by the host. There is a smart tv as well provided.

The apartment was super clean, well equipped and comfortable. The check-in process was easy and it was not difficult to find. It was also conveniently located, with supermarkets, bars and restaurants very close.

The tag was a bit illegible so I was not sure which apartment was ours but finding the right one did not take long.

Lovely apartment in a new house in a quiet area, very comfortable and clean. There is a bus stop and shops nearby. There is everything for cooking. Very comfortable beds, snow-white bed linen. I recommend it
