暖氣真的有點太吵,冰箱也會突然發出聲音,可能都比較老舊了,晚上會被吵醒

Room was super clean and well stocked with cooking facilities. The host was also amazing and very helpful and caring.

Very friendly owner/manager who allowed us to check-in early. The apartment is in a good location - close to a grocery store, subway station, restaurants, etc. The heater works well, especially because the apartment gets quite cold in the evenings.
Mattress and pillows were not the most comfortable. There is also no wardrobe/closet that can be used to hang up clothes.

The host was very helpful, kind and communicative, and the room clean. Excellent localization not far from a subway station with a supermarket on the way.

The owner is so helpful, friendly and keeps the apartments super clean. The apartments come with everything you would need for a stay and more! The location is perfect, only a few stops on the subway or if you’re up for walking it’s not far at all into the city. I will definitely be coming back to stay here! Highly recommend!

The accommodation was really nice and warm and was perfect for our stay. Takashi was extremely helpful and really friendly and we felt safe and secure. It’s in a great location, close to the station and very quiet. We would highly recommend this apartment to anybody staying in Sapporo! Thank you Takashi for making us feel welcome and assisting us with our stay!

Owner is friendly and personable. I arrived about an hour before check-in but he was still willing to accommodate me. The apartment is located very close to Hiragishi Station, so you can easily travel elsewhere in the city. There are also at least two convenience stores, and a grocery store within similar distance. The apartments use key codes, so there's no need to carry around a card or key.
As far as amenities go, the room has a fridge/freezer, a heater, a TV, and the owner has an assortment of other small appliances on hand that he's willing to provide if you ask, like a microwave, toaster, and mini-stove. The room is also stocked with an impressive amount of everyday essentials, including:
-Cups, cutlery and cooking containers
-Tissues and towels
-An umbrella
-Toothbrushes, shampoo, soaps, toothpaste
-A few emergency items like bandaids and a flashlight
The room itself was reasonably spacious and very clean.
-The WiFi cuts out for a few moments sometimes. If you're only browsing, this is just a minor inconvenience, but it can cause downloads and updates to fail.
-A heated toilet seat would have been nice, especially given how cold Hokkaido can get.
-No closet/dedicated hanger space, though there is a little alcove near the water heater that you can sorta make work for this.
-No free parking. This won't matter to most travelers I think, but it's still worth mentioning. There is a parking lot across the street and it's not expensive but it still costs.

The location is very good and the rent very cheap. Easy access by train. The place is quiet but very close to the center and animated place. Restaurants are also close to the place.
The appartment became so hot and dry during the day during summer. But can be cool after a while using fan. We didn't had air conditionner.

Small cosy apartment with all the essentials required for a comfortable short stay. Even though it is further away from the Sapporo town Center, the apartment is located very near to a subway station. Couple of convenience stores nearby too for any missed essentials and snacks.
It is a little further away from central Sapporo, but for the price we paid and the quality of the apartment and friendliness of the host, this was not an issue at all.

Great stay ! The host was very friendly. The place is rather large compared to japanese standard. Near to convenience store and subway, perfect for explore Sapporo. I strongly recommend.
