It was clean, comfortable. Staff were very friendly. When I even asked for an office chair, they brought one for me within seconds. Going in and out of the property was smooth. Rooms were cleaned everyday too.

The view from my room was not so good. I understand that was the room I opted for but the outside could have been tidied a bit more or organised a bit more. That was the only issue I had.

Nice quiet accommodation with lovely staff. Anastasia was incredibly welcoming and accommodating!

The attention to detail that the hosts Herman and Anriette provided even though they were out of town. Agnes is a gem, and the location is perfect. The rooms need to be maintained a bit more.

Agnes went out of her way from accommodating us when we arrived, which was late on New Years Eve and always went the extra mile. Herman and Anriette were also excellent hosts, although not onsite, but unfortunately, their employee Anastacia was rude, condescending, and kept speaking down to us. She even went as far as telling me that she is not ironing my clothes for free when I just requested the service and never once even suggested that I expected it for free. She was constantly repeating my name when responding to me, which I found very disrespectful. I stayed at two leafed doors frequently for business before hence returned, but this experience with Anastacia has changed my preference.

The first lady who welcomed us was just very good, a humble soul who knows her job. Thank u for making us feel so welcomed.

A loadshedding backup, at least for lights would be great. 2nd day we were hit by a double loadshedding consecutive 4 hours and we had small lamps which was an inconvenience.

The location was perfect for work

The sheets had stains. No creamer in the room to add to coffee. The remote i had was so old - buttons were missing which made it difficult to open the gate, especially at night. There is a notice that mentions the staff is available till 10pm - as i had late meetings, and my room did not have a microwave, i went one evening at around 20h40 to ask them to please heat my food - there was nobody in sight. I ended up eating the food cold.

The extra door in the room that leads to a passage, made me uncomfortable knowing that the staff has access to the room at anytime aside from the main door. the walls are thin, I could hear the people in the next room and they kept banging their door. the breakfast was too basic and not good tasting. the gate remote wasn’t working, we had to call the care taker every time. the room we selected when booking, is not the room we got. not very impressed

Cozy, clean, safe

The decor of room eveerything was in harmony and the security door.

The carpet in the room. It is not clean it has stains on. And under the bed is very dirty. Lots of pieces of small particles dirt. The maintenance in room was good but curtain rail in bathroom pull out no one seems to notice it. And the man whole above the bed wooden cover start falling out. It is very in convenient that the room does not have a small fridge. I have to throw food away because of that. My first night there was a lot of music at the bathroom door till early the morning hours. The guest next to me dis complain alot over this. And the next night it was better. The rooms is not very sound proof if someone talk over their phone you have to listen to it all.
