Great apartment with everything you need and 15 mins walk to The V&A Waterfront. The host also let us check out an hour later which was excellent as we had a later flight.

Sehr gute Lage, Pool mit Aussicht sind super!
Etwas dunkel, Schlafzimmer in Richtung Innenhof, schlafen nur bei geschlossenem Fenster möglich, da Lärm von Personen die nach Hause kommen.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Sicherheitspersonal. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für ein paar Tage in Kapstadt braucht. Der Empfang und die Betreuung durch Jacquie war sehr gut! In der Nähe findet man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die gut zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Zur Waterfront sind wir immer mit dem Uber gefahren, da wir mit Kind gereist sind. Man könnte es aber auch laufen. Der Pool und die Dachterrasse sind wirklich toll! Sicherer Parkplatz in der Garage.

Location is perfect. Rooftop terrace and pool nice for afternoon relaxation. Service level good. Also nice to have a coffee shop next to the reception.
Some of the furniture in the apartment have seen better days. Especially the coach (sofa), which was not comfortable.

Location
The bed mattress was worn out(long story cut short). It gave me severe back ache . I lost out days of my holiday. Now I'm currently bedridden and under medication and require physiotherapy, I have cancelled my next part of my holiday. Very disappointing and in alot of pain.

The Check In process and the Check Out process was quite seamless. The Hosts are informative and give you all the details prior to arrival. The apartment as well was quite spacious and comfortable.
Only drawback that the bedroom is a slightly small.

Mad very welcome upon opening the door with perfect air temperature, lights and TV screen to set the mood. Towels in shape of an elephant, toilet paper in shape of rose, bath robes, toiletries with Urban Elephant sticker.

The person gave us wrong Lock code key and we had to wait for 1 hour to de code it ourselves. No support from local representative. Extremely disappointed.
I asked for an extra blanket which was not delivered. Overall bad experience.
No supply of daily milk or coffee. No change of linen.

Location and being a well equiped apartment that was spotless. The agent who met us Adrian was professional and the check in process was quick and hassle free. The view of Table mountain was a pleasure to look at from the balcony. The pool and bbq area is a huge bonus. Would differently booked this property again.

Great location, walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Vida coffee shop on the ground floor was an amazing bonus. Great rooftop views of Cape Town - V&A, Lions Head, Table Mountain.

The apartment was just the right size for two people, it was clean and the staff were friendly. We also liked that it was in walking distance to a lot of other places.

Great location and awesome views of table mountain. The apartment is super complete, has everything you need. Location is great, walking distance to the V&A Waterfront and supermarkets. Even has its own parking spot in the building.

No dish cloths provided for a 5 day stay, this felt uncomfortable after wahing dishes.
Noise from other rooms and from people in the passage way, whilst this is also based on people being noisy, not sure much can be done to solve this.
Bed is slightly on the small side since the room is small.
Coffee machine provided with just 2 pods. And tea for just 1 day, booking a 5 day stay meant this was too less. Perhaps provide quantity based on the duration of the stay, if I booked 5 separate 1 day stays I would get for each day.
Housekeeping was not the best , as compared to other places I have stayed at. Again housekeeping is not explained enough as to what the expectation is. Based on other apartment stays housekeeping I would rate a 5.
Only one parking bay provided, would be nice to have 2 spots for a couple with 2 cars.
Safe is very small. Won't accommodate a laptop.
Did have Netflix, but things like showmax and Amazon prime and dstv was not available.
Overall I would definitely stay there again, was quiet happy.

Great value and perfect apartment size for a week family vacation in Cape Town. Walking distance to Waterfront, grocery shopping and car rental.
A sign in front wouldn’t hurt. We ended up at the other property a few blocks away at first, but Mike helped us find the correct one.
