We would remember this vacation for the excepional local food flavor, courteous owner Mr. Charles and the whole staff and the nice 7 acre property. We stayed there only for one night and did not have a reason to step out. The property is actually a fruit farm and ample of space for nature walks. We enjoyed being among the mango, jackfruit, chikoo and numerous other fruit plants. We had 3 meals there and were offered 3 different places. That was an awesome feeling of luxury. We also played basketball, cricket, cycling inside the property. Looking forward for another stay there!!

not something we can think of. we felt the charges on the little higher side before we landed there but felt worth the money post the experience we got.

The owner himself was involved in ensuring that the guests are taken care of. Mr. Charles Baptist visited us everyday and ensured that we were taken care of properly. Even without him the employees were very friendly and helpful always. There was variety of food everyday and it was very hygienic and tasty. It’s a great place for relaxation. A number of Peacocks and birds singing was so beautiful. The variety of fruit trees on property was very interesting. We got to taste some of them.

Nothing as such. It was a very well maintained home stay and pet friendly too. I heard some people talk about not sufficient games; but I believe a home stay is for relaxation and not for playing games.

(i) Set in a 7 acre farm / orchard, the property is green, large, quiet, well built and maintained. It was a pleasure taking walks through the farm and sitting out in the garden (ii) Great food, both veg and non veg, made by the inhouse cook. They ask for your preferences and customize as well. Icing on the cake was the outdoor barbecue on our last night there. (iii) Excellent service from the staff, and the owner. Their caretaker Mani ensured our comfort throughout the stay.

Individual rooms in the main villa are a bit small and basic. And a tad bit on the expensive side.
