The basic communication was good, even if it didn't lead to anything in the end.

This accommodation seems to me to be a scam. We were in contact with the providers after the booking, which was initially positive. We were then asked not to pay in cash as described on Booking, but to pay in advance via a payment service. Even if we were suspicious of this, we wanted to accommodate the providers, which (fortunately in this case) we were unable to do. Nevertheless, we were assured that we could carry out our check-in as discussed. Approximately 15 minutes before our appointment for the handover of the accommodation and its payment, we were then denied this due to an "emergency", which in our view is absolutely unacceptable.

nice homestay, everthing is good, the environment the staff. Nice and good for big family.

Maybe the owner can replace the washing machine/dryer to the good one. Quite noisy when spining and may disturb the neighbors down there.

Really nice place to stay, the facilities..

the residence is spacious and tidy -carpark is provided - imo quite easy to locate the carpark and elevator to go to the unit - worth the money - basic electrical appliances are provided

the owner required a reminder from me to send me the details on how to check in - he said that he'll send me the pdf file regarding how to check in one day prior but it wasn't done until late 10pm before the day, I had to remind him myself then only he sent it - for me, this is quite unacceptable 😔 - otherwise everything is fine

Very clean, neat and comfortable. Easy to access with instruction from staff. Worth it to stay with family ❤️.

Everything perfect ! I guess 2 bathroom. It just 1 bathroom with toilet and another one is toilet only.
