not much clean , the sofa and carpets are dirty, no housekeeping, furniture are basic and looks cheap

The view from the apartment was amazing, over the marina. Good size balcony with seating, lovely to sit and enjoy the view. 24 hour supermarket next door, plenty of places to eat and drink. Dubai is not cheap so ask about Happy Hour at the bars/restaurants. Minutes to the beach. Pool was good. Clean and comfortable. I would definitely go back.

I had a number of messages asking me not to be late, unfortunately I was kept waiting to be checked in. Had the concierge been informed we were expected, he could have explained what to do. It's a minor point but we wanted to get going.

Wonderful place! It had a great view of the Marina, is a 5 walk to beach, and there’s a good grocery store in bottom of the building. I would stay again.

Occasional racing cars at night can be a tad loud.

The reception was great friendly and helpful. Facilities were excellent . Toom was quiet and had all i needed for the family to be comfortable.

One neighbour broke the rules and smoked on a non smoking floor .

The apartment is located on the 20th floor with picturesque view on the Dubai Marina and left side sea view from the balcony. Bed and living rooms have big panoramic windows to overview all surroundings. The location is closer to the beach, within 5 minutes walking distance. The are two supermarkets nearby: Carrefour and Al Maya. In Al Maya there is a fresh fish. We enjoyed Tilapia fish and Dorada. To easily get to main sites and Malls we used tram plus metro or taxi (Careem). Nol card is suitable for tram, metro and sea tram as well. Tram station is in front of apartment. Dubai Marina Mall and sea tram station is located in a couple of tram stations away or 20 minutes walking distance. The apartment is comfortable and equipped with everything necessary. Landlord Guesta provided valuable instructions to reach the apartment and kindly managed an early check in. One day prior of our visit the representative Abdulaziz connected by Telegram messenger to arrange the meeting on site and stayed in touch while our staying. Guys on reception are really friendly. Everything was went smoothly from the check in till the check out time.

Not a big issue, however: - No dishwasher machine - No bottle cork opener

The view from room was spectacular. Very close to Marina.

The only issue we experienced was the apartment doesn't have a clock room ,but our guest representative tried his best to accomadate our luggage for few more hours and he arranged a late check out for us.he was very helpful.

The locaties is perfect, at dubai marina and JBR beach. The apartment has a great view. There is also a women pool at the last floor.

The location is fabolous, and from the 20th floor the view is fantastic! The location is superb, could not complaing about anything actually. Bobur was very helpful and always responding very quickly.

The shower was a bit old and the bedsofa is not so comfortable.

Location was amazing. The host Abdulaziz was absolutely lovely. The apartment was nice, maybe slightly pricey. The view was just perfect. Bed was very comfortable. I would stay in this apartment again for sure.

The sofa was a little dirty/shabby, the furniture on the balcony was quite uncomfortable and very basic. Also, there was not enough things provided such as toilet paper, washing up liquid, laundry detergent, it was missing basics such as bin bags, salt/pepper/sugar, I stayed in various places in Dubai and this was something I didn't have to buy. (of course I can't take it with me, so had to leave it behind).

The location and apartment were incredible! Plenty of space and an amazing view over the marina. We could walk right out our door and access the marina and other attractions.

The noise from the street was a bit loud (even on floor 12).

Location - 10 min. walk to the beach, supermarket in the same building. Views! Service.

Supply of beach chairs at a pool is scarce. Retractable part of sofa is barely holding.

Super accommodation without any defects, including Nespresso and washing machine. 20th floor with a fantastic view. Supermarket and pharmacy on the ground floor. Tram in front of the door. 5 minutes walk to JBL beach. Nice balcony. Good sound insulation. Very nice staff at the reception and at the pool. Perfect and very attentive service by GUESTA. Early check-in at 7am without any problems. Bobur was available at all times. Thank you again for this absolutely perfect total package.

It couldn‘t be better

Excellent communication with the property throughout. The views from the room over the Marina are really nice. You have everything that you need at hand for a comfortable stay. Netflix was a real bonus and most welcome. Just a short walk from JBR. Carrefour on the ground floor of the same building. Very quiet.
