This property was absolutely perfect. Very clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location! The host was outstanding with helping with any queries I had and was very helpful! Looking forward to staying in Willoughby House again soon.

The property was perfect for our short stay. The transport links into Nottingham City were amazing. Beeston high street which you can walk in a few minutes has amazing eateries, it really ticked all our boxes. The property was well maintained, and when you arrived you immediately noticed the cleanliness. The beds were lovely and comfortable.

A bit tricky to find due to road restrictions but tucked away off the high street so very convenient. Plenty of space for the size of house and clean with all the equipment you need for a short stay. Decent broadband speed and large screen TV.
Drive way needs relaying as slabs were very loose and tricky to walk on. Bathroom could do with some sort of blind on the window for privacy. Bathroom storage unit was oddly on the window sill.

The house is on a side street in a nice neighbourhood with a lot of shops. I have zero complaints. Clean, comfortable, and good size for the family. I'd stay here again without thinking twice about it.

Very nice touch to provide the tea, coffee and biscuits.

It would be nice to have the grass cut outside the back door and even the area turned into a garden or sitting area. Same with the front path, weeds removed.
The carpet into the lounge has come away from it’s fitting bar and is looking worn.

the location for facilities was good. Tram station nearby. Excellent doughnut shop around the corner.
the paint in the living room/dining room was a bit much. Took a little while for the house to warm up, once it had warmed up it was fine.

property was very clean and so close to the lovely town of Beeston. you can walk out the door, turn right and find nice selection of places to eat and drink.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t dislike about the property, it was a bit tricky to find though.

Great location close to shops and easy to travel around the city via bus. House had all the facilities you'd want and was very comfortable and warm.

The accommodation was clean and tidy and looked just like the pictures. The hosts had left a really handy welcome page that helped us out multiple times during our stay. It is in walking distance of transport links and close to the shops so you have everything you need close by.

The apartment was very well presented with fresh, modern decor. It was well furnished and laid out. It is in a good location for shops, restaurants and public transport, and has its own parking space is right in front which is very convenient. A nice touch was the set of cannisters providing sachets of tea, coffee and biscuits.
It would have benefited from a little more in the way of kitchen equipment, eg matching sets of plates and bowls rather than chipped oddments, a dish towel / brush/ kitchen cloth, and a bottle opener / corkscrew. Also the pillows were very skinny and soft and only 2 provided for the double room. More and a choice of soft / firm would have been preferable.

Hot water in shower was VERY hot. The control for adjusting the temperature was stuck and could not be moved.

It was very close to beeston town and major supermarkets just a few minutes walk from property.
Location was very quiet considering how close to the main shopping area is is. Will definitely book again.

The host was there to meet me when I arrived. He was really friendly. The house was clean & smelt really fresh. It's in a perfect location right in the town near to the shops. The house has a washing machine & even a tumble dryer so was able to do my washing before i left which was really helpful. Will definitely be staying here again. Thanks Chimdi xx.
