The house was very clean! The house was furnished nice & the pool, hot tub, BBQ grill all worked great! The kids loved the Jurassic Park, Mickey Mouse, Star Wars themed rooms! The 3 King size bedrooms were wonderful for the adults! Great access to Disney & shopping & restaurants! VERY PLEASED!! Would stay there again for sure!!!

We traveled with 4 adults, 1 child, and 1 baby. It was so nice to have our own spaces each night. We never felt cramped. The house description was accurate. Make sure to add things like paper towels, a sponge, laundry soap, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, and salt and pepper to your grocery list. Water pressure was nice! Close to Target, Disney, and SeaWorld. Hot tub was so nice! Pool could have been warmer to be enjoyable. The resort area was nice and about a 5 min drive. There is also a smaller resort area closer with a park and non-heated pool. Note that the water slides and lazy river are not heated at the main resort. Our flight was cancelled on us on the way home, and we were asking about late check out or extending a night and the rental management company didn’t respond (note that it was Christmas Eve, so that’s probably why-but they didn’t follow up the next week either). We ended up finding a different house in the neighborhood to extend our stay. Communication prior to arrival met our needs. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and the accuracy of what to expect with the listing. I would consider staying again.

What a fantastic home! My wife and I brought our 3 young adult kids plus 2 of their spouses. A beautiful home with lots of space for all of us. Favourite part of the house was the back deck and swimming pool. A 3 minute drive to Target for groceries, etc. A 15 min drive to most theme parks. We couldn’t be happier with this vacation home!

Our stay was fantastic, close proximity to essential stores and parks. Clean, very spacious. Would most definitely rent again

This property was absolutely stunning. With vacationing with another family who also had kids the property was big enough we had a great time without being constantly in each other’s way. Everyone had their own space. The water park and lazy river were awesome. We will definitely be back. Loved it.

Great communication from property company. House was a little hard to find. Doesn't seem like Google maps or Apple maps have really keyed in on this community yet. Google tried to make me drive for 45 minutes in circles from the guard house. Odd! Pros: spacious, cool rooms for kids, pool on property, television had lots of options, and fairly close proximity to the sites we wanted to see. Cons: game room wasn't available, some beds were not comfortable (hard and flimsy), pillows were thin and cheap, dishwasher had blown the fuse so we had to fix it before we could do dishes, definitely not enough towels, tp, or trash bags provided (this has been mentioned often for this house.. instead of claiming you're "providing enough to start" how about providing enough for the stay period? 2 trash bags for 9 people for 4 days is NOT enough. I'm on vacation, I don't want to have to buy supplies that should be provided. Whatever the current thought process is.. double it. That would make it so much better!). Some of the bathrooms have brown stuff growing on grout lines. Seems like they built these houses to look good but not age well. Lots of putty in moldings. I guess it's a rental so who cares? Check out process was very easy. I do appreciate that it was just dishes, trash, lock the door. Much better than other rentals in that regard. I don't understand this community's trash policy. Everyone just dumps it on their lawns for pick up? That seems so icky. I hope they upgrade this soon. And Florida doesn't recycle? That's just odd. Not a comment on this house specifically.. just not something I liked about my visit. I wouldn't stay in this property again personally, but if you want a reasonably priced place for a large party to stay, it's not bad.

House was clean and AC temp at 74 wasn’t too bad - some of the kids rooms were a bit warm due to the lack of the ceiling fans but not too bad. The road on the back is noisy with traffic - especially if you enjoy sleeping in. Loved the large pool and grill - my boys didn’t want to go anywhere. We would recommend this house and location.

Handy to Target for basics, near parks and take out. Pool was perfect. Didn’t get a chance to checkout the community splash pool because the grandkids were more than content with the private pool. I’d rent this house again next Orlando trip.

Great floorplan with lots of room for everyone. The hvac filter (upstairs ceiling) was in desperate need of changing. There was no warm or hot water access from sinks in the kitchen or the bathrooms. (We let them run for almost 10 full minutes and still cold). Washing pots and pans in cold water isn't very sanitary but we weren't going to run the dishwasher after every meal either. Despite the water issue with all the sinks we would still stay there again and would recommend

La maison correspond tout à fait à l’annonce. Propre , spacieuse, bien équipée, fonctionnelle, jolie décoration .Près des parcs , des commerces. Toute la famille a adoré ce séjour et reviendra avec grand plaisir ! Merci aux hôtes

Pros: Clean house, great pool/hot tub, plenty of dishes, great rooms, loved the game room, good location! Cons: We have NEVER stayed in a house that we had to go out and buy dish soap, sponges, and paper products (you're given one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels only). Disappointing that there aren't any kitchen amenities (salt, pepper, oil, coffee filters). The hot tub doesn't get 'hot' but we were there during an unusual cold spell so we were wanting warmer water - it could be okay in the rest of the year. There were no extra blankets for the beds. Overall, despite some of the disappointments, we were pleased with the house and would stay there again!

This house was super clean and smelled great when we arrived. The pictures depicted on VRBO were very accurate and no surprises. Only recommendation would be to add a full-legnth mirror somewhere in the house and extra rolls of toilet paper. Our stay was delightful and look forward to staying here again in the future.

When we decided to look into the cost of a house it was a significant difference. Why would we stay in a hotel cramped when we could book an entire house. I found this house to be perfect as it had the must haves we wanted. Themed rooms for the kids, a hot tub for me to relax, and a kitchen so we could save some money on dining out. The bonuses were the game room, the movie room and just how lovely the house was to stay in. After contacting Florida spirit vacations directly we were surprised to find out they give a military discount. We for sure will be back to Florida and booking with Florida spirit vacations again. They took the stress and extra expense out of our vacation. The location was perfect for families going to Disney!
