The location was very good and amazing view of surrounding streets and the ocean

Not enough basic amenities provided such as toilet paper, dishwashing soap - we had to buy our own! One of the single beds was broken and the sliding door was off its hinges. The sink in the bathroom was blocked. But these were all fixed by maintenance on the 3rd day, which is to be credited. The bathroom was too small for 4 people sharing

Very Central. Nice pools, nice view. Clean & tidy. Fully equipped.

Confusing car park, pain to collect & drop keys off, got zapped by the hairdryer and it nearly caught on fire.

Fantastic pools for the kids and with BBQs etc to cook on. Excellent location in central surfers with a mall and supermarket downstairs. Would definitely stay again.

The view was beautiful we just had to walk out the door and the pool was just there close to everything supermarket just down stairs we really enjoyed staying there thank you

Could have had a chest of drawers inside the bedroom cupboard to put underwear and socks in

For the many times we have stayed at the Chevron in all Towers this apartment was our least favourite or value for money, it was very outdated and very poky tight bedrooms especially master and bedroom 2. Bathrooms outdated, main shower very poor water pressure, toilet didn't flush properly overall we were disappointed. Coastal letting you let us down! 👎👎

Not clean, shower had no pressure and mixer handle kept falling off when trying to turn on shower. Also ants in the kitchen and on benches. No extra towels or bed linen

We stayed in Unit 3336 - The location is excellent, being walking distance to the beach and Cavill Avenue. The apartment was of a generous size and we noted that they even had a collapsible high chair and porta cot in the cupboard - handy for families with babies. There were extra blankets in the cupboards which came in handy. Plenty of utensils, cutlery, and crockery, even glad wrap.

Instructions on where to park the car were not clear - there should be a sign outside the roller door "Tower 3 - parking", although once inside the carpark, the space for this unit was great. The kettle and a saucepan were dirty (see photos). The lamps (see photo) and lamp shades in the master bedroom were full of dust. The apartment description wording said 'Water views' (see photos) and we mistakenly understood views of the ocean, but we instead had views of the mountains behind and canals - there were limited ocean views to the side.

The room was a bit tired. Shower tap broken. Floor tiles in kitchen loose from obvious water damage. Could do with a refit.

Great location. Everything so close. Second time we have stayed here and would recommend to others.
