the basement apartment was extremely old and water damaged ceiling above the bed, I prayed every night it didn’t fall on me. it smelled bad

Location was very close to the beach. The Bold Mariner, an outstanding brewery/pub, was just across the road. They are a Navy family that served their own local beers and BBQ items, such as ribs and pulled-pork. If you like strong IPAs, try the Liberty Risk!! The in-house Bar-Q (bark, another name for a ship) serves some of the best pulled pork and ribs we've ever tasted. The collard greens and macaroni and cheese are to die for!!

This is an older efficiency-type apartment that would benefit from some updates, but it did not detract from our great experience. Be careful in the shower if you are tall and make sure you use the anti-skid mat!!! Make sure that you point the shower head away from you in a safe direction, or you might get soaked!! Before booking, make sure you are aware of all fees, including the $141.82 cleaning fee per visit. For a short stay, that will dramatically increase your costs.

The closeness to the beach was amazing.. very cozy. It was clean and comfortable...

Right next to the beach. Like literally on the beach.

Moldy air conditioning window units, toilet leaked, Can't stand up in the shower, door needs to be scrubbed - dirty with handprints, insect in the bed, crappy bed frame and no box spring for the mattress, windows bolted shut, generally dingy, smart tv not hooked up to anything, lots of stairs to climb up to the door.
