I like the actual room itself and how close it was to where I needed to be

The so called bistro needs to be better The heat didn't work I turned it on 81 and it still was cold in the room

Rooms were a bit tired and the service was a cross between poor and crazy!

Customer service was Fantastic! The front desk was always very helpful and greeted us whenever we came back to the hotel! We stayed there with my family that came in from out of town for my son's wedding. They made sure to ask all the guest how the wedding was and congratulated my son when he came in to get ready!

That I was to busy to enjoy the pool and hot tub!! Also a little about having to pay to park ...

Location was great. Onsite valet parking included was a definite bonus.

Rooms are a little dated.

Breakfast was meh likely due to Covid. I’d like to have been told about the parking fee of $16 nightly.

The staff is fabulous. Valet staff was very friendly and professional. The front desk staff was so nice! They were fast to check us in. Very professional and thoughtful. Hot tub and indoor heated pool. Very clean Hotel. Nice view. Great service. A+

No complaints.

1. It was freezing cold in the room and raising the thermostat didn’t make it any better. The blanket wasn’t warm enough. Because of this I ended up sleeping in my pants with a T shirt under my night gown and my bathrobe on. I also placed bath towers on top of the blankets. In the morning I woke with a dreadful stuffy nose. I was afraid it might be COVID, but I took a test which was negative. My nose cleared up as soon as I left the room. I fear there was something in the room I was allergic to. 2. I wanted to watch a show on tv but the TV wasn’t working. When I called to ask for help, a very polite young woman came to help me and she also determined that it wasn’t working. 3. when I tried to watch it on my computer, your Web interface told me that if I wanted the faster version to use with steaming I had to join Marriott Rewards and pay $4.50. I was more than willing to do that but your app wouldn’t let me - due to some mixup with a previous account that I had with a different email address. My helper was unable to resolve that also. 4. Your web user interface is terrible. It said I had to join, but didn’t provide an obvious way to do that. 5 Neither of the outlets near the bed that I would normally use to charge my phone and my iPad were working. When The plugs from the devices were placed in the sockets they both failed to make contact or started to charge but then fell out. 6. The toilet intermittently failed to flush. 7 There was no luggage holder for my suitcase.

Too many things just didn’t work. You need much better maintenance of all kinds. See above.

Stayed here 2 weeks ago and the bed was much more comfortable then.

Myles in the Bistro was awesome, and Jane & Brent in management were nice and understanding.

The handicap accessible bathroom shower head was broken, so I had a hard time taking a shower. The check in representative charged my card double even though my room was paid in full in advance prior to arriving to the hotel. My funds were held the entire stay in Norfolk because of an error on behalf of the Marriott employee, which caused an inconvenience. Room was not cleaned by housekeeping the entire stay and we were not given clean towels. We stayed for two nights.

Excellent and friendly staff. They ALL made sure that you enjoyed your stay.

Should have darkened curtains in the guest rooms. Parking garage lights from the garage behind my room illuminated my room all night. Could clean the room windows too.

Staff was pleasant and really nice. Liked the kleenex tissues near the elevator.

Sink was clogged with a slow drain. Stains on furniture. Mucus on light fixtures near the bed so had to charge phone near tv instead. Valet has mediocre service.

Very friendly and helpful staff! The room was clean, updated, and spacious. A very pleasant and comfortable stay.
