We loved the condo right on the beach!! Great stay thank you for everything!

We loved the spacious condo Angela provided with this unit. It had a great floor plan for our needs. Being on the beach meant everything, no crossing the busy four lane road. The unit has a beach theme without being cheesy. Sometimes that is hard to do, but Angela did a good job with the decor. Our only complaint is not with the unit, but the complex. At one time there were 45 people in the pool. We counted them. Max was supposed to be 15. The pool is far too small for two buildings. Toes in the Sand is in a great location with John’s Pass just miles down the road, grocery stores nearby and great restaurants close as well. We would stay there again and recommend it to others.

Would have liked at least 1 more parking space. Also elevator was very slow Other than that it was very enjoyable!

Our wedding week / first family vacation was amazing! The condo was right in front of the beach we had our wedding at . It will always be a spot to remember . The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay ! Definitely recommend this location to anyone 5 stars !

Great place to stay with our younger kids. Easy access to the pool/spa and beach. Great views and location. Had everything we needed with easy check in/out. We would book again.

Thank you for a great spring break. Amazing condo and views. We enjoyed it so much we just wanted to hang out there. Found a good fresh seafood market just to the north on gulf Blvd (walking distance). Bought some fresh swordfish steaks and cooked them up on the grills at the condo. Would highly recommend as they were delicious.

Toes in the sand is perfect. Right on the beach with majestic views. Heated pool is wonderful. You can rent jet skis right outside. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and grocery stores nearby. The condo is roomy and nicely decorated with comfortable beds. The kitchen is well supplied. The host has thought of everything you will need to have a wonderful vacation. If you are traveling with children there are beach toys provided plus beach towels and chairs for guests. If you decide to rent here you will be very happy. Right

We stayed here from January 29-February 2nd! We absolutely LOVED the condo! The balcony was awesome! We never missed a photo opportunity at night with the sunsets on the balcony! Angela was very responsive with any questions I had for her! We loved the location! We walked to many restaurants and took the trolley when we wanted to explore further away! We will definitely be back!

I come to this area a couple times a year and generally look for a place on the beach with all of the amenities. Angela’s unit checked all of the boxes for us. There are several restaurants/bars and a liquor store that are walkable. Publix is just up the road a short drive. The location is perfect; close by all of our favorite places. The unit itself was probably the cleanest condo I’ve ever stayed in on the beach. It was also fully equipped with everything we needed; kitchen supplies, beach chairs, beach towels, extra bathroom supplies, etc. We loved that this complex had two buildings; one with a heated pool and one with a hot tub - both are required when visiting in January. There are also several grill options down by the pool area which is a great added benefit. This unit has an assigned parking spot under the building which was extremely convenient especially upon arrival and departure (unloading and loading staying out of the wind, etc). The view from 6th floor was awesome. There were only three of us this visit but the unit has 3 spacious bedrooms and a pull out couch in living room. This place could easily sleep 6+ adults comfortably, it’s very spacious. It can accommodate more if folks are willing to share a room (there are two beds in one of the bedrooms) and sleep on the pull out in living room. Angela was more than accommodating and very responsive - I would love to rent from her again. We come down in January every year to celebrate my mother’s birthday and we’re already looking to book next year. Amazing stay!

The unit itself is very clean and well-decorated with an updated kitchen containing all the dishes and utensils, etc., that one might need. We instantly felt at home when we arrived. There are smart tvs in the living room and the 3 bedrooms. The crowning glory of the apartment is the full-width covered balcony facing the gulf - spectacular view with the most beautiful sunsets. Angela is the most responsive property manager that I have dealt with; she responded to my texts almost instantly and always quickly answered any question and resolved any small issue that we encountered. We will be back!

Angela has a wonderful getaway condo that is updated, well cared for and 5 stars all the way! Tastefully decorated, well stocked and exceeded our expectations! Angela was communicative during our stay to answer our questions and the people there were so kind. We would stay again in a heartbeat and highly recommend! The condo was clean and we had more then enough room for the 7 of us. The view is amazing! Right on the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

We saw dolphins every day but one. This is my new favorite place. I would definitely recommend it and I would definitely stay there again.

This property was perfect for our family of four. It included all of the amenities of home (laundry facilities, full kitchen and dishwasher, coffee pot) which made our stay convenient and comfortable. The layout of the condo was great...lots of room for the kids to spread out and have their space and feel independent while we were all under the same roof. I would definitely come back again!
