The staff was very pleasant and helpful

The room was not what was expected, the bathroom had a lot of black mold in it, the traffic is very loud from the room, the elevator system was terrible and sometimes I waited over 10 minutes to get one, then getting from place to place during the day was horrible due to all the traffic you get stuck in.

The place is accessible, The unit is clean. The contact person is kind and professional. The bldg staff is friendly. Would still book the place. Highly recommended for paxs who just needs a place to sleep.

Unforseen circumstances. There was a power interruption in the unit which caused the uncomfortable sleep. But the contact person manage to resolve the issue fast.

Aircon was not well maintained that at 3am we have to wake up and turn it off because of the loud noise the ice is making. Yes, instead of cold air, there’s tid bits of ice instead. Blanket is not comfortable. It’s very thin and rough. Towels looks overused already.

the host was responsive when i was having trouble going inside the property, and with the allocated parking

no clear instruction prior to the arrival. instructions were given only 2hrs of the usual checkin time. booking.com approved our early checkin, but host was not aware.
