Beaucoup de choix Salle de déjeuner agréable Emplacement de l'hôtel: vue mer, belle balade à faire depuis l'hôtel. A 10 minutes à pied environ du centre de Ciutadella. A cette époque de l'année (avril), aucun souci de stationnement à proximité de l'hôtel (stationnement dans la rue gratuit)

Le canapé lit dans lequel dormait notre fille était beaucoup trop ferme. La vasque de la salle de bain commençait à se décrocher du mur (mal fixée) On entendait légèrement les ronflements de la chambre d'à côté

Everything. It is a beautiful property with wonderful amenities- pool, spa, bar area- comfortable rooms and absolutely wonderful staff. The breakfast each morning was the best we’ve ever had at a hotel and the dinner was also outstanding. It is a short walk into the charming town of Ciutadella and a close drive to beaches and other towns on the island.

The cleanness and the decoration

The breakfast was overall very good but I missed things like natural orange juice or coffee not from machine

Location - close walk to centre of Cuitadella You can access the sea from just outside the hotel Cleaners were super friendly

We arrived just past midnight - struggled to find receptionist to help with the parking code for the car park(which is an extra cost) Room smelt like a drain for the first 2 nights VERY small space to walk around the end of the bed to get to the sofa/terrace Holes/cracks/lose sink work top fitting. Spa area is tired Staff not overly helpful/friendly - other than the cleaners Pool - it is one of those hotels where people get up early to put towels on sunbeds & leave them there for the day whether they are using or not Breakfast wasn't terrible, but not the best considering the cost Generally overall for the cost of the hotel we were disappointed. We have stayed in a number of hotels in Cuitadella but chose this one for what we thought would be abit more luxury - we were wrong
