The department was rather spacious, well equipped.

Very dirty furniture, kitchen utensils. We woke up with the bites of bedbugs😳 The last night we did not have hot water because the gas has gone out in the heater. The department is located quite far from Malecon, in the busy hours it takes more then 30 minutes to get to the center.

The location was excellent and felt very safe. The apartment has wifi and A/C so that's a plus!

There was no instructions for checking in, showed up and could not get in the apartment for about 45 minutes after arriving. One of the interior lights did not work. There were no instructions on how to operate the water heater had to physically light it in order to have hot water, no instructions on how to operate the washing machine (all the buttons are in Spanish) small things that could very easily be addressed.
