So I paid $315.16 for one night. The description Stated that it was a beachfront condo in a well up-kept community…LIES!!! however the beach was a few blocks away. very inconvenient. The apartments are low income based, and also towers for the elderly/disabled individuals. The hallways are covered in funky CIGARETTE SMOKE… ROACHES all over the bathroom, living room, and kitchen. i woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, several German COCKROACHES in the bathtub and crawling on the ceiling. The crazy thing is… when I laid down to rest, I felt something crawling on my face! but I figured it was cotton from the sheets or something! i contacted customer service at-least 20 times. they wanted to pay me $50 to not write a review, so here we are! i will NEVER book with HOSTEEVA ever again. this place needs to be closed down. pictures are deceiving!!!

There was weed smell all over lobby and we did request get high apt on higher level during booking and right away after check in but looks like Hosteeva more into getting money than real customer satisfaction.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything you needed in the kitchen. The bed was very comfy and had extra pillows/blankets available. The balcony was fantastic with a view over the outdoor pool to the ocean. Close to the laundry room. Walkable to a few things but in a nice, quiet neighborhood.
All the amenities were clean (both pool areas great, every morning there was someone making the pool area look beautiful) Couch pulls out to a bed so you could easily fit 4 people in the room. A literal walk across the street to beach access.
We really enjoyed our stay here!
The only staff on-site that I saw was security (which is fine, the check in process wasn't awful) but just know there isn't really someone "on site" to help you if something goes wrong. About an hours walk to the boardwalk. A/C in the bedroom isn't the greatest but there is a small oscillating fan in the room to use.ocean. The parking deck is THE WORST but you get the hang of it if you take your time. Hot tub is very small, like fits 4 people max. These is barely any seating in the indoor pool area.
One of the workers on Wednesday AM sprayed what smelled like lemon pledge EVERYWHERE, so not only that smell was SUPER PUNGENT for about an hour in the morning, they sprayed the tile ground near the elevator and I totally almost slipped and fell. Pledge doesn't go on tile floors, it's super slippery 🤦♀️ ads water from pools and beach? Recipe for disaster.

I loved loved loved the view. Exactly like the picture. And the fact it’s self check in so you just go straight to your room with the code. There were cups plates pots and pans already here. My group and I loved everything. Thank you.

Very clean, view was excellent, mastered bed was so comfortable. Customer service with Hosteeva was amazing.
Did not know pools were closed. Condo would not cool down even with AC on. Parking is very hard unless your car is very small. Had to take out trash eve though they charge 95 for cleaning fee.
