The location. The staff. The pool.

The room door handles/locks- very hard to use. The bed/mattress was very uncomfortable. Awful actually. The curtains did not block light out. So annoying the valance designed didn’t block out the light running across the top of the entire window. No microwave in the room. The light switches are awful how there are so many 3-way switches. Hard to turn off and on. Ridiculous. The flickering light in the hallway.

The rooftop pool and bar were beautiful. The staff was very friendly.

The tub was not very clean and there was dried paint patterns inside the tub.

The location is a great spot close to nightlife. The decor is amazingly beautiful and the beds very comfy. Very cute boutique hotel!

Easy check-in, friendly staff. A restaurant and small convenience store on site. Comfortable beds and the room was almost sound proof.
