The place is in perfect location and the view.

The beds in the apartment are not comfortable and couches are finished they have to be repaired.

Self-catering. The location was close to where I wanted to be. Shops are all within 10 minutes walking distance. There is a large open-air park a few blocks away to exercise in.

The whole process of booking online was so impersonal. I was never sure if I was dealing with a genuine site or if I was being scammed. No one answered or returned any of my calls. Before arriving I tried to message my host on Whatsapp only to be told by whoever I was dealing with that they could not find my email. I then copied my email onto Whatsapp. I was then told I would receive an email two days before arrival. When it was 1 1/2 days before my arrival date I still hadn't received anything. When I queried this on a message I then received the Welcome message with the details for checking in. The only other complaint that I have is that the apartment was very stuffy the first night as if it had been closed up for days.

The location was great,securityand parking adequate which was a plus.The key was left at the guardhouse.We handed it back to him when we left- never met the host. The apartment was great,neat,goodsize.Lounge suite needs a bit of attention and so do the chairs of the dining room.

Crockery and cutlery was old ,cracked and looked unsightly needs to be improved.Shower heads need replacing,the supply of just 2 towels per room for the duration of our stay for 4 adults for 4 days was pathetic and the supply of tea/coffee was a joke - there were 3 jars one was the coffee jar ,the coffee in the jar was gone hard,the other 2 were dirty and looked empty we were supposed to get a starter pack of tea,coffee and sugar.We had to wash the towels and due to the weather it never dried.I had to put tape on the shower arm because it had holes in it and the whole bath floor would get messed while taking a shower.This was the sad part and the TV wouldn't work - dont know why we have to set the channels - after a while didn't bother to use it. Ran out of toilet paper after the second day - good thing we brought some of our own in anticipation.There was some liquid hand soap that was in a pump up container for washing hands body and hair - totally inadequate.Cleaning of apartment was our problem no service as we were told.
