Excellent location. Quite and safe surrounding. The penthouse was quite comfy and relaxing especially at night

The apartment is beautiful and the location is perfect.

No bath towels or bed sheets...I went to the store to purchase them after arrival, which was not convenient.

Maybe having a roof to get some fresh air, also the compound had some chairs to sit outside with family.

I believe we got scammed!! The pictures in the Ad are so misleading, so dishonest and doesn't reflect the reality of this property! The view from the property is the back of a Mall with tons of noisy air conditioners, desert where there's nearly 24 hours construction work going on, while the pictures provided on the Ad where indicating the view from the neighbour flats which have a view on the interior of the compound!! The property owner was extremely stingy, leaving the flat literally empty from any basics, we were fighting over stupid cheep things such as soap, toilet paper, etc.. at least until we get some rest then go shopping!! Again after a long fight, she brought us two towels and a USED paper napkins packet!! The host also was extremely dishonest, as when she saw us extremely frustrated, she offered to cancel the reservation which definitely we accepted right away, but then when I contacted Booking customer service to finalise the cancellation, they told me she wants the total amount of the reservation!! Of course we declined.. After series of escalations and failed trials for cancellation, she wasn't even accepting to repair the toilet which was leaking water from the bidet, leaving us in a horrible situation while we need to use the toilet but can't!! Finally after so many back & forth escalations, she got someone to partially repair the toilet, leaving a mess/unclean bathroom and she refused to get someone to clean after the repair work! I consider this an obvious fraud, and honestly if I weren't a busy man, I would have filed a fraud case at the court to get my money back! Take care, put your money in something that's worth it!

The sheets were a not clean in the mater bedroom. Hair was found on the sheets.
