A compact studio with everything you would need and a super host (Mark) who is highly responsive

I like the place it's very clean, full of amenities, easy check in and out, will definitely repeat booking if ever I go to manda again! Sir Mack is really good host!

What I like about the property is that, the place is big. Very reasonable for the price.
What I didn’t like are these:
1. Door Locks are a little hard to replace it.
2. TV os fine but I prefer if it have some cable channels to watch for.
3. Th faucet in the sink is off. The water smells like rust.
Please if you can replace Number 1 & 3, that will be beneficial for the travellers.

Location, self check in, price, Mack and his staff were very accommodating, clean unit, strong internet connection
Towels don't smell good. Good thing I always bring my own.

fast internet and aircondition ref working and microwave
check in time 3pm because of the cleaning and before you check out you must wash dishes already but for the cleaning it takes 2hrs of cleaning

Host - Mark is very responsive. Very accommodating and has provided all of our requests.
Unit - Great value for money. It has everything that you’ll ever need.
Area - It’s near MRT, Megamall, and has a drugstore next to it. Very convenient.
Overall had an amazing stay.
