Everything was good: kind owner, good accomodation with ac and fam, kitchen hot water, smart tv.

I was in two rooms there first the top hasnt got hot water and hardly fluid down the water. But the owner told me it Will be fix soon

The room is very nice and clean. 👍👍👍

They promised to give the free extra bed or comforter but none. But watcher very accommodating and approachable.

We just missed a mirror and something where we could hang a towel or dress

We like everything about our stay here. It was all worth it.

Staff is super nice and helpful They provide free refillable water Everything to cook your own meals in the kitchen Kettle, frifge and cups AC works well Water heater for the shower, works well also (apparently not in every apartment so check before with owner) Location is good, in the middle of a local village so it’s perfect if you want to get an idea of the real life of most people in Manila. Also, don’t expect western standards. Next to a jeepney station to market market Shops and food around Wifi is good

The location on Booking is wrong so make sure you use the one the owner will send you Coackroaches in the apartment even though we were super careful to keep everything clean The shower is in the toilets (like many places in Asia) so everything is wet after you shower ! I got used to it after a while ! Neighbourhood is noisy but not a problem for me. Also, the stairs are a bit harsh but also not a problem if you’re in good physical condition !
