We truly enjoyed our stay in Boothbay Harbor. It is a very comfortable house in a great location! Very attentive VACASA staff on arrival and departure.

This property was in the perfect location in Boothbay Harbor. The house provided everything you would need for a vacation and the deck was outstanding! We would love to come back and stay again.

The view was fantastic of the harbor. We had a problem with the front door, the door was sticking and couldn’t close it tight.

Rosegate is a lovely home! The place was spotless and well equipped. The location is outstanding and very convenient to everything in the area. Probably the best thing is that”Rosegate” felt like home instead of a rental. We will definitely stay at this home again!

The bed linens were of high quality and luxurious. In fact, because I loved them so much, upon my return I went to pottery barn to recreate the master bedroom on the first floor. I was astonished at the amount of investment was put into just the bedding. I adored the decorating. Curtains, paint colors, even the throws in baskets in each of the two living rooms, made me feel like I was living in a decorating magazine. It was just on point, homey but not over the top. I have never been to a nicer vacation rental. We stayed five days before dropping off our daughter to college. This home and Boothbay Harbor, made it most memorable. The people in the town were very helpful and kind. The town, although a little more touristy than I envisioned, was genuine and shopkeepers sweet. The kitchen was well equipped, but with all the choices in town, we didn't make anything but coffee. Best experience ever!

This was a beautiful and well appointed home inside and out. Great location for walking in town and watching the harbor from the deck or living room. We will be back in the future. Great time was had by the five of us.

No a/c was ok most of the time, but missed it on a couple hot nights. Great place for families, so much room to spread out and play; but home is full of antiques and white/light sofas so very small and active kids might have a hard time. Strongly recommend this house and can’t wait to go back!!!

The home was charming, cozy, clean and provided everything we needed for a week long stay. The location couldn't have been any better and the outdoor amenities of the fire pit and lounge furniture were an added bonus. It truly was a breath of fresh air for our family and we are already planning our trip for next summer!
