Apartment was spacious and comfortable as advertised. Plenty of room for 6 of us. Location was very walkable to stores and restaurants. Felt very safe in the apartment and neighborhood. It would have been helpful if beach towels were included. Other than that we throughly enjoyed our stay and would rent this apartment again.

A little late on my review, but this place was perfect for our family trip in Nov 2023. The property is exactly like the pictures. It's super nice, clean and very comfortable. The views were beautiful especially at night. Close to many restaurants and CVS is literally 2 min away. We had no issues checking in, but checking out was not pleasant. I had issues with the lock box so I asked the front desk for assistance and the young female teenager was very rude and responded with a lot of attitude. Fortunately, the other guy working there helped me. Other than that, I highly recommend this place.

Was in town for a work conference with coworkers and chose this apartment in Brickell. Very convenient location within walking distance from restaurants and not too far from downtown. Property manager shared all information before which was super helpful and made the check in & checkout process easy.

Monica and her son were excellent hosts and communicated with us the whole time. The only two issues we faced were needing our check-in code resent to us and the AC not working when we first arrived.
Both of these things were resolved with urgency, however the room's temperature never got below 74*.
Either way, the rest of the stay was great and I highly recommend the place!

We had a great stay at the property. It was perfect for our family of five. Impressive layout with three bedrooms and wrap around balcony. Views are spectacular. Perfect location walkable to restaurants, bars, shopping, and grocery store. Pools were great too. Only downsides were a delayed check-in (the guests before checked out late we could not get in at our scheduled check-in time) and the elevators were knocked out for a day due to an electrical issue, which was a little rough for the 31st floor condo.

Upscale building in a safe neighborhood. Adequate bedrooms with a huge continuous balcony that connects sliding glass doors from the family room to two of the bedrooms. Brian was quickly responsive to questions. We even had the opportunity to meet Brian and his father Marlon. They were wonderful people who treated us very well. We would happily book again with them upon a future return trip to Miami.

The property was extremely clean & organized. It was exactly as listed. Very spacious & well stocked. It is also in a great location within walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops & even a 24 CVS. The on-site free space in the garage off the elevator was so convenient. The property staff are very polite & efficient. The owners were very accessible to answer questions and very friendly. We plan to stay here again when we visit.

The property looked just like the pictures. I enjoyed the condo. The view during the day and at night was amazing. I will definitely stay at this property again. It was clean and smoke free which was a plus. It is close to the beaches and nearby restaurants. It was a great vacau for my family and friends.

Downtown Convenience
Very nice apartment. The building seems to be a 50/50 split of residents and short term rentals. The balconies are nice and the 14th pool deck is excellent. There is a shopping/ night club district just two blocks away, Biscayne is a 15 minute drive and South Beach is about 20 minutes. The cruise terminals are within walking distance.

There are tons of restaurants you can walk to in the neighborhood and it is a quick ride to Little Havana. It's also an easy drive over to Miami Beach. We were there for spring break, and it was VERY busy in the neighborhood and in the lobby. Also, it overlooks the pool of a large hotel, which did have events a few nights that we could hear through the windows. But the events wrapped up by 10 PM both nights. We travel with white noise makers which also did the trick in terms of blocking out the most of the noise. Apart from the nights where there was a party at the neighboring hotel, the condo was surprisingly quiet for all the city noise outside. We were traveling with two boys who are almost 12, they really loved the location and were wowed by the views (which are spectacular). Check in and check out was easy and Monica and Brian were very responsive to questions that came up along the way. Overall, we definitely recommend their condo and would stay there again if we were heading back to Miami!

Very solid spot for 4-6 Adults
As listed, and served our purposes well. Check in process was a bit janky as the key fob didn’t work and the didn’t have me registered at the front desk. But once that was sorted, no issues.
