Nah bei Terminal 3. Mit Grab 100 Php. Auch ganz nette Restaurants gibt es direkt am der Straße. Im Zimmer gibt es Netflix und Kaffee.
Es war die ganze Nacht laut, weil das Appartement direkt an einer Anlieferungsbay liegt. Das Wasser in der Dusche floss nicht ab. WiFi Signal war sehr schwach.

NAIA와 가까워 다음날 새벽 비행기를 타기 위해 숙박이 아니라 잠시 머무는 숙소로 이용하였는데 무난하였다. 주변에 식당과 편의점, 수퍼마켓 등이 있어 편리하였다. 로비에서 관리인을 만나 숙소까지 안내를 받고 열쇠를 전달 받는 체크인 과정이 수월하였다.
주방의 전기레인지 전원이 작동되지 않아 당황스러웠는데 micro wave를 대체 사용할 수 있었다. 실제로 주방을 사용해 식사를 하려면 시설 및 식기 등 보완이 필요해 보인다.

Very good value, close to everything and the caretaker is nice, The room is clean and very comfortable mostly recommended than hotels! The host is very accommodating also with inquiries
Need to fix the internet, we couldn't connect for our entire stay and signal via mobile data is not working also, communication is very important nowadays hope this feedback helps you, one last thing shower is not strong needs repair and kitchen faucet is leaking during our whole stay although not an issue for us but for our host to fix it and save water

good location near to airport just 20 min around all the terminal
they are lot of restaurants near the apartment
A few drops fell from the air conditioner during the night and woke me up.

good location near Naia1 and Naia4, nice and clean room, spacious. very good accomodation for one night in Manila
waterpressure in the shower was very low, noise from the street (with earplugs it's ok)

The truth is that you cannot ask for more. The location is optimum, price unbeatable, the room relatively small but everything new in it including the bathroom. We stayed there for half a day before catching the plane back home and it was beyond our expectations. WiFi also working perfectly!

The room was close to the Airport Terminal - if you take the „sky-walk“ from the airport to the other side of the street. The owner was always present via WhatsApp. The room is nice, with a small kitchen and a nice view. Lots of restaurants around.
The streets are kind of loud but with earplugs it was fine.
