I stayed during Hari Raya Aidilfitri because my house (kampung) is packed with all my relatives. This hotel is just nearby. Less than 10 minutes drive to my house. Room is spacious and I love the wide windows. Near family mart & Zus Coffee. I love that they provide prayer mat in the room. Very convenient for us. Lady at the reception was friendly and helpful. Thank you.
One night there was a cockroach inside the room but we managed to get rid of it.

Harga ok la utk apa yg kita nak, lgpon nk tido saja cuma kalau bwk anak kecik mungkin kurang sesuai.
Satu sbb katil tinggi sgt, anak sy jatuh skali dh. Bilik sgt kecik ngam2 la utk solat apa, lantai toilet licinn sgt bahaya kalau ada budak, km kena pakai kasut sendiri dlm toilet, bilik bersih tp toilet kurang bersih. And bilik xbrp sound proof so blh dgr kuat suara org lalu lalang apa.

strategic, close to shops and restaurants. The Malay staff (he’s a maintenance guy but covered as a receptionist as well, short-staffed hotel, maybe)who assisted us on checkout was very friendly and very helpful. Hope to see him again when we return to this hotel.
a bit noisy but acceptable due to its proximity to the main street. The indian front office reception officer was not friendly and when we asked him for an extra pillow there was no positive answer from him and no pillow was brought to us until the end of our stay there. He was not very friendly and not professional.

Good location for anyone in Ipoh for family reasons who does to live in Ipoh or Malaysia for close proximity to that area. I was there for Indian final rites & prayers.

Location is near shops/restaurants.
Room 108 smelt like mold, so we asked to move. Moved to 205 and found out in the evening that the shower doesn't work. Asked us to move a 2nd time to room 202 - had no faults. But that evening the manager opened our door, without knocking, didn't say a thing, closed and walked away. When I confronted him, wanting to know who he was, he was too busy texting on his phone to speak/address me. Made me livid! Eventually got an apology.
