Centrally located within walking distance from the airport. Well appointed apartment with everything required for a short stay. Clean and tidy, allowed to drop off luggage early which was greatly appreciated.
External Street lighting was on all night and without blackout blinds/curtains was difficult to sleep. Mattress was incredibly noisy when turning in bed. As a party of four, eating at home (mostly for lunch) with only 2 chairs available was not ideal.

Everything. Location is great. The apartment was clean when we arrived. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen has everything you might need. Walls and windows are noise-prove.
It’s not something I didn’t like. It’s just something I was missing. Light blanket :) I felt so hot under the duvet, even though it was end of December, flat was really warm without heating. But other members of my family were totally Ok with duvets. I would also like to have floor sweeper or mop, so that we could clean up floors time to time :)

The facilities were good and the location excellent . The staff were friendly and helpful.
The parking was rather difficult to find. We should have specified twin beds in the double room. The single room was quite small - but for one night it was fine.

Wouldn't be so good if you needed to spend a lot of time in the apartment as 4-5 people, but great as somewhere to stay !

The location was superb. Within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Would have no hesitation in booking this apartment again. The communication with the estates team was excellent.
Being critical there wasn't enough seating for 4 comfortably. 1 or 2 collapsible chairs would have been ideal. The barstools are too high for the breakfast bar and another tea towel with a washing up bowl would have been good. On the plus side, beds were comfortable and very clean, lots of towels provided and the bathroom with toiletries was a pleasant surprise. Very secure apartment with good quality lock doors - felt very safe as a family.

Superb location, close to everything. Ample for up to a party of three people. Well-equipped kitchen, with washing machine (but no dryer). Well-lit ambiance.
Very well suited to plop down and relax after a day of extreme walking and sight-seeing. Central location allows for many stops throughout the day.
Hosts are courteous and very helpful.
All windows face ventilation shaft (which is not an issue if you plan to stay only for sleeping purposes). No ambient heating (it was exceptionally cold). Fourth guest must sleep in convertible couch which has very soft mattress and eats up plenty of real estate. Water heater is too small for a party of four (even if set to maximum)...last one to shower will need to wait for boiler to heat water. Double bed is on the small side. Electrical outlets follow British standard, and there was only one adaptor plug available.

The property was in the center and it was easy to get to places and specially get taxis. The space is ideal for a small family (3 maybe 4 people but not more). It has elevator which was perfect for my mom that had an injured and couldn’t walk upstairs. It’s right in front of a cake shop which was perfect to get coffee and cupcakes for a flash breakfast. Although the apartment had enough utensils to use for cooking ( you’ll just have to buy food).
It was not clean. There were hairs everywhere, specially in the bathroom. Floor was not clean in the rooms either as I could see crisps on the floor and again hair. There was a beautiful big mirror but sadly it was all full with finger prints.
This can be small things that may not be important but it made the apartment look less perfect and it made me worried of the hygiene of the beds.

Kitchen well equipped and cooking basics supplied, including coffee pods which my husband was pleased about!!
Anastasia and Amy were great - really helpful and quick to respond , even allowing us to drop off bags early so we had all afternoon to sightsee.
Maybe the single bedroom could have bunkbeds - it would have saved the fighting between my daughters as to who got the bed and who got the sofa bed.
An extra chair in living space would be good, as the property can sleep 4 but only 3 of us could sit on the sofa!

This was a lovely apartment. We stayed 30th December - 4th Jan and on New Years Day the boiler stopped working. I messaged the owner who had a plumber out and everything repaired within the hour on New Years Day nothing was a problem such great customer service.
The location is fantastic right in the town centre and easy to access.
The double bed was a bit hard and I found it uncomfortable, however, my boyfriend found it perfect so that’s just my preference.

Right in centre of Gibraltar and easy to find
Very dark, tiny windows looking out on brick walls. I have stayed in Gibraltar many times when visiting family so know property is premium here, size not a problem though it was tiny. We booked for 3 people but would have been a tight squeeze. luckily just 2 of us in end. Also the supplies in the kitchen were sparse. only two mugs and two teaspoons etc which is strange as can sleep 3. No air con just very large portable units for use in each room. the building is lovely and I expect other apartments higher up might be more light and airy. The staff were very helpful and easy to deal with.

the location and the friendliness of the owner
there was a steam clothes cleaner but we would have preferred an iron as we couldn’t get creases out clothes but no major issue with this. the other issue was the noise every morning from neighbouring properties.
