Great location! Friendly service at the front desk and good house keeping. Room was clean and comfortable.

We spent 3 days in San Fran. The hotel is perfectly placed for tourists and we got to do a lot in a short time. Highly recommend the Courtyard by Marriott

The staff were great, very helpful. We had a room that didn’t face the road so it was very quiet. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Was close enough to fisherman’s wharf to make it easy to get to places but far enough back to avoid all the street noise. We would definitely stay here again.

Great locatio. Very convenient location for Fishermans Warf. Rooms are big and clean, some of the common areas need a but of updating. Elevators are [n particular need of work. Staff was very nice. Overall a great location would recomend for sure.

Friendly staff and nice accommodations. Great place to stay if you're ever visiting San Francisco. Love the convenient location, walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39 & Lombard Street, plus it's next to the F Streetcar Railway Line if you want to go to other parts of the city. Lots of souvenir shops and restaurants around nearby. Shout out to Sarah for a warm friendly welcome when I was visiting family for Thanksgiving, very helpful and she's a role model of what front desk staff should be! Will definitely consider staying here again.

Great hotel-brilliant location, friendly/helpful staff, comfy beds and clean rooms and accessible.

Hotel can be noisy at nighttime and unable to use stairs to go between floors except 1st floor as you need a key to open the doors from the stairs.

First of all, I would like to say how welcoming the staff are. Especially Manager Jalen. Gave first class service. Nothing was too much trouble. Very professional and went above and beyond. Also front of house Sarah and Adriano. Credit to the hotel. So polite and full of knowledge. Great to chat to all three of them. The hotel itself is in a perfect location. The room has everything you need. Definitely recommend and will absolutely stay here again. Thank you for making our stay.

Comfortable, spacious and clean. Excellent location. Safe atmosphere. Walking distance to some of the best spots in San Francisco. Staff very friendly.

Ottimo hotel a Fisherman's Wharf

Staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel was ok. Expensive for what you get. Not even a bottle of water in the fridge. Good location for getting around SF on public transport. Unfortunately woken up in the early hours every morning by the bin lorries which was very annoying!

Location is great! The courtyard mall it is in is pretty much abandoned like many areas nearby. $60 to park a car no matter if its for an hour or a day. Our room had a goofy smell. Staff is very friendly!

Location was decent and we were able to walk for most of the activities we were interested in. We arrived early and when we asked to use the valet service and store our bags ahead of check in, the concierge got us into our room early as well, which was awesome.

It was our first time in San Francisco and stayed here for 4 nights. It was perfect in the vicinity of fisherman’s wharf and tours. The staff was very friendly and the accommodation very comfortable. 😀

Staff were excellent to help guide us around, breakfast was awesome every morning, only downside was on weekdays the 4am garbage truck and laundry trucks for those of us that are light sleepers.

There are so many accessible stores and food options around the area, and only a short walk from the shore! The rooms are really nice and super clean, the staff are lovely, would be staying again :)

Great stay in a really convenient location. I particularly liked that they give you the option upfront for room service or not - great to just be able to say “no” and not have to bother with hanging the sign on the door (dont see the point in room service for a short stay anyway) Location is good, easy to walk everywhere plus lots of great quality food options around
