Convenient location and room was clean and comfortable. We both had meetings so didn’t spend too much time at hotel or use any facilities so can’t comment.

Amazing hotel, with fantastic service and flexibility. Reception informed me that check-in was 3pm, but when they saw I was ill, immediately found a room for me. Very convenient too with the Haneda Airport Limousine bus right outside the door! Nice luxurious amenities provided in the room. Don't hesitate to book this hotel if you are staying in Shibuya.

Great experience for my first 'Luxury Hotel'. Would not mind staying here again, staff was very friendly and helpful. Always willing to help or just greet. Room was spacious for myself and teenage nephew. He enjoyed his stay as well.

Amazing place, lovely staff. Great location

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights, and unfortunately it did not live up to expectations. The property is nice, however not represented the cost. The bed was really comfortable, the breakfast was good and the bar on the top floor is excellent. However, there are areas of the hotel (pool and lounge) that some guests are not permitted to use, that are advertised but not provided upon stay. The building has a ventilation problem, which make the rooms become very humid, especially when using the bathroom/shower. The hotel has tried to solve this with a dehumidifier, which is not suitable. It must be said that the rooms are dated, which does not make the luxury feel luxurious. Nice place, not worth the price.

To be honest, I have been a long-time supporter of the Cerulean Tokyo Tower Hotel for at least two decades. However, during my recent stay, particularly after the pandemic, I was disappointed to find that the hotel was understaffed, resulting in a decline in service quality and an overall unwelcoming atmosphere. One of the areas where I noticed a significant issue was with the maitre d at the coffee shop. Unfortunately, she was unfriendly and rarely smiled, except when interacting with Caucasians and Japanese guests. This behavior made me feel excluded and uncomfortable during my dining experience. Another concern I had was the deterioration of the English language proficiency among the hotel staff. This made communication quite challenging, and I found myself relying heavily on Google Translate throughout my stay. It was surprising and disappointing to encounter such a decline in language skills, especially considering the hotel's reputation and the international nature of its clientele. Overall, my recent experience at the Cerulean Tokyo Tower Hotel fell short of my expectations. The understaffing, inhospitable service, and language barriers made for an unpleasant stay. As a long-time proponent of the hotel, I hope that these issues can be addressed to restore the high standards I once admired.

We loved the Cerulean and would definitely stay again. Top class restaurants, wonderful staff. Fantastic location for shops, dining and underground.

This is my go-to hotel in Tokyo as it is right in Shibuya and everything is a short walk or cab ride away. Service and cleanliness has always been perfect. Staff are pleasant to talk to. The executive lounge has an amazing view of the city which goes perfectly with a morning cup of coffee. Will be continuing to stay at this location for all future Tokyo stays.

This was my second stay at Cerulean Tower and once again absolutely fantastic. Service-impeccable! Location-perfect! Room-extremely comfortable with outstanding views! Look no further-you’ll be so happy you booked this property.

Amazing hotel! Absolutely perfect place to stay’

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Tokyo. Very nice people and gorgeous views from our room. 40th floor bar was exciting and lobby level restaurant was great and more affordable. Close to a mall. Loved this place.

Very nice hotel, convenient walking to a ton of places, and there’s a 7/11 within the building too. Highly recommend for those wanting to explore Shibuya/Japan. Rooms are good sized too (traveled with our 2 young kids).

Luxury in the heart of Tokyo , loved it!

Convenient location at Shibuya and as with most hotels in Japan, the staff at reception are friendly and professional. However, our experience could have been better if some of the staff were less rigid about certain rules that do not make sense. Case in point, we have two children and one of them didn't want to wake up for breakfast due to jet lag, we thought it would make sense to pack up what we couldn't finish from our breakfast for her. When we first asked if they can give us a to-go box they said they don't have it; then when I went up to grab one of our kid's snack box and came back to pack that half a piece of egg omelet, I was shock to see that lady stuff almost ran over to tell us that it was not allowed. I would understand if it's a buffet but it was a set meal that we paid for so that kind of rigidity does not make sense.

Fabulous hotel, very close to the train station without being too close and busy. Great dining options, loved the breakfast each day. Room size was very large for Tokyo and very generous with the toiletries provided. Service was wonderful, we arrive very late at night with tired young children and the staff whisked us straight to our room, assisted with luggage and sorted everything very quickly for us. We were there for Xmas day and the Christmas tree and carol singers were fabulous.

The view. The convenience of the location (close from everything yet quiet for it is a block away from the hustle bustle). The service. The breakfast. 5 Stars all around. Limousine airport bus stop on B2 was extra nice!

Location, location, location. Will be even better when the works at Shibuya train station are completed. Only reason it didn't get perfect score from me is due to their charging for use of their swimming pool.

The location in Shibuya is fantastic, such easy access to the food and station. The main shopping area is a good 10 minute walk but it's easy to get to as it's pretty much a straight line. The staff are very friendly and the restaurants are very good. All up a wonderful stay

Nice hotel and a great area. It did feel weird they did not let us check out 1 hour later than planned, after paying $600 a night. They don’t seem to value Expedia bookers as much over “direct bookers”.

Our two rooms were right next to each other and had great views of Shibuya skyline and Mt. Fuji. The rooms were comfortable. We also love the L’occitane bath products. The boxed water was complimentary. The hotel was centrally located - close to the Shibuya station and a 7-11 market was in the hotel! We loved the breakfasts that were included in our room rate. The Japanese breakfast was a special experience - we tried all three dishes (salmon, natto and omelette), and the western style buffet was also amazing - so much variety.

Excellent location close to shopping, transportation and great eating places in the facility and within walking distance.

The location is excellent as it is close to the Shibuya Station/Restaurants/shopping options etc. We stayed in the Superior King Room which had an amazing view. Room was well stocked with amenities which were replenished daily. Housekeeping was on point. The staff were very welcoming and polite. Robes/amenities kits/bottled water were stocked daily.Currency exchange on site.Excellent stay !

My go to place to stay in Tokyo. Conveniently located right next to Shibuya station and a great hub area to stay whilst on your Tokyo adventures.
