Indoor pool was very cold. Toilets in the room are extremly low to the ground. Great customer service. Room was very clean.

My fiancé and I stayed here for one night for a show that was at the southern theatre. The room was very clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and as you can tell by the title - the continental breakfast was fantastic. For the amount of hotels/traffic nearby, the area is shockingly quiet so that was an added bonus. The man that greeted us at the front desk was also very nice. The only thing is that the bathroom is very small and dated and the shower didn’t drain very well BUT the vanity is a separated by a door so it was fine by me. I would 100% stay here again.

This hotel exceeded expectations. The staff were very friendly. Great amenities. Well stocked room with everything you need in the kitchen. Full size body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. Shower works great. Quiet besides airplanes flying by regularly but thats to be expected near an airport , clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again

It was short and sweet. Nothing bad to say. The front desk clerk (Matt) was friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Our hotel room though (room 339 on the 3rd floor), the floor was all kinds of wonky. Deviations throughout the entire suite. It didn't affect our stay at all, but it certainly left us wondering what in tarnation was under the carpet..... on the 3rd floor. A floor that should be flat. Quite strange.

Was fine. Bathroom floor was dirty though. Bed was comfortable.
Reception desk employee was friendly and brought can opener quickly.
Breakfast was surprisingly lacking. No fruit, yogurt, water available. There were several empty serving containers so I guess there is sometimes more on offer. Would choose a different place next time if I could, but if not I would stay here again but bring cleaning wipes.

Staff was excellent. Room wasn't as clean as it could have been. Stove top was pretty stained and the kitchen sink was loose and no stopper was supplied. I spoke to Page and let her know they should use Bar Keepers Friend to clean the stove surfaces.

This property had a very rude front desk associate! I would never recommend this place also with booking with this app there are unknown fees once you arrive to the hotel almost an extra 200$ was being charged to my booking.

I was booked at a neighboring hotel. After checking into my room and getting in there....it was HORRIBLE! I booked this hotel with it having good reviews and figured not much could be worse than the one before. It was fantastic! Comfortable bedding. Clean and no foul odors! Thank you for saving my night!

The place was very nice. Staff was very helpful. Most of the room was beautiful. However, lots of hair on the bathroom floor, the tub faucet needed some attention, the wind was whistling through the window all night.

The night attendant was just rude and grumpy when I banged on the locked door to get in (no I didn’t see the phone in the barely lit entrance at 11:45 pm), my room bare bones (no sugar or creamer for the coffee), and the breakfast pathetic - no real utensils, just cheap, weak plastic that barely served the food. I won’t go back

The stay was not to bad but the guy at the front desk was not welcoming. His body language and tone of voice was not welcoming. The pool was closed and there was no kind of accommodation for that. It is not posted on the website or was in told before hand and I had kids with me. There little red and green spots on the wall. There was also some little brown spots on the was as well. Only one was cloth. Part of the wall in the other bathroom was broke. There is $100 damage fee that is not posted anywhere on their website and I looked everywhere. Needles to say I will not be back.

This is our second time staying at this property. The first time, the gentleman that checked us in didn’t seem to know what he was doing with the computer and printing a receipt. Spent an extended amount of time at the desk just trying to get checked in. We finally got our keys and went to the room that he assigned to us. Imagine our surprise when after opening the door, there’s a whole family sitting in this room.
We realize that mistakes happen and decided to give the location another try for this trip. Same exact thing happened. The same gentleman was working the front desk and seemed very confused with the move-in process and had difficulty again checking us in and getting us our receipt to sign. we again went to our assigned room and while thankfully no one was in there, it was obviously already assigned to someone else, as there were their personal belongings all over the room. In today’s day and age, this could prove to be a very, very dangerous situation. I can only imagine how I might feel if somebody came barging into my room unexpectedly.

I had everything I needed except there were no usb port to charge my phone but I brought a cube just in case

Pro: It was a nice big room with two bedrooms with three beds and sleeper sofa. Also had decent kitchen with full size fridge.
Con: One bathroom the door didn't lock or stay shut and the shower head pressure was really weak.
Also, couldn't use pool because it was getting cleaned.
Other than those three things, everything was great.
