We were on the second floor and our room smelled terrible.

I booked this room for my parents- they were pleasantly surprised- it only charged a 50 fee for animals and they have two dogs. There was apool, a hot tub, a gym a fire pit, and plenty of lunge space in the lobby, along with a full kitchen at the restaurant and business center. they were helpful and attentive and we were able to get checked in right away. The only issue was that they said they did not have hot water Saturday night, but perhaps that was because it was the Saturday before Easter and they had high occupancy. Lots of poop bag stations for the dogs and a pretty view of the bayous- their hotel was only 10 minutes from my apartment- convenient to Town Center shopping and First Colony Mall as well.

Front desk Staff was excellent. The bedding is not substantial enough and it used to be better few years back.

The receptionist told me about breakfast and nodded when I asked of it is included.
The next day one of my sons grabs a yogurt and I got charged for a full breakfast. I protested but the the receptionist told me that this is my problem and I have to pay. 7.5 dollars for a yogurt. Never going there again. Terrible service.

I stayed at this hotel for an overnight getaway. This hotel was very clean. The staff was very helpful, and the food was great. This will be my go-to spot when I need to get away.

I called and went in there 2 times, I left behind an item they said they would call me, never heard from them again. Stayed there twice, very noisy! We will never be back.

out of 4 nights we stayed there with a two month old infant, hotel lost power and temperature was below freezing point they had no backup to sort it out secondly when I approached the reception desk i was told very rudely that she had no control over power failure and they had no idea how long its going to take, awful experience specially when you have a infant with you plus lady at reception was way too rude. Avoid

Most of the hotels won't charge additional fee as long as the pet fee is charged. Hilton did charge additional fee which was surprised to me and little disappointed.

The Hilton bus shuttle is permanently parked at the hotel entrance so hotel visitors cannot pull into the drive way to unload when it is raining. Simple things that the hotel Manager should be aware about.

It was overall a great trip minus the hot tub not working and the pool being cleaned on my stay the the little coffee thing in my room wasnt working properly and i wasnt aware that breakfast wasnt complimentary but coffee was just joined hilton honors but overall the staff was great especially George u rock

Very disappointing, traveled to the property with my young son. We arrived and they gave us keys. Upon going to the room we discovered that the AC was blasting, the beds were unmade and someone’s personal belongings were in the room. We immediately shut the door and went back to the front desk agent. He said that housekeeping had cleared the room, but it was CLEAR that these people had NOT checked out( as there were quiet a few items in the room ). Very very disappointed with this experience.

We had a great stay , we were there for a show at the Smart Financial Center , walkable dining , shuttle to SFC, close to bar and lots of places near to shop! We enjoyed our stay .

Mice were seen in the bar area. Never staying at this hotel again. Sorry to have to even complain, although that is un called for. Had book for 4 weeks, on my 3rd night we saw mice running around in the bar and kitchen area. We left the next day. Canceled the rest of my stay, although hotel is trying to charge me anyway...i will not pay and really feel im due a refund because i ate in the restraunt twice before seeing these filthy issues.

This hotel was not the greatest. English is definitely the second language spoken here by staff. We stayed here two nights and no one came to our room to clean it during our stay. I just didn’t bother asking for someone to come clean our room. The hotel has two elevators. One has been broken for months said another customer. The one elevator that does work has this loud clanking sound that’s kind of scary. There is a ton of cleaning staff everywhere and the were just sitting around on their phones. There is no staff elevator so every time we needed the elevator there was always a cleaning staff member waiting to get on the elevator with a cleaning cart on their phone. The breakfast was not good. I found 3 live bugs in the bathroom on the counter, and was able to flush them down the sink drain. One good thing is that the a/c is the room was great! I wouldn’t stay here again if I had a choice.

This was an okay stay, the rooms definitely need an update and the shower is t great. Overall it’s clean and nice building but wouldn’t say it’s worth the price.

We attended a mini reunion at that facility. Three of our rooms had problems: plumbing x 2, HVAC, and a non- working safe. Maintenance guys came promptly and resolved our plumbing issues. My brother was, however, unable to store his valuables in the replacement safe. It wasn't bolted down or secure. Otherwise, we were satisfied w the overall experience. We stayed 4 nughts.

It’s a great place to stay and we didn’t want a suite but we got a suite. the only problem was that the ac in the bedroom was not working but the other was. So it cooled both rooms..

Room was hot. Called front desk and they sent up maintenance guy who barely knocked and then let himself in room. Played with the thermostat and said it will be cooler in 30 minutes. After 45 min the room was still 76 degrees at 11 PM. Called the front desk and asked if they possibly had a fan we could get any the lady said she would go check another room that was vacant on our floor to see if it was cooler and would call back in a few minutes. She never called back!!!! Very miserable night.
