Amazing hospitality from the time you enter to the time you check out. I really enjoyed that I entered the hotel and they accompanied straight to the room without feeling out any paperwork and waiting in reception. That is truly a unique experience. The team were very well accomodating and the continued gestures was overwhelmingly hospitable. Thank you for such a great experience.

Excellent hotel. The. Service was first class. Everyone at the hotel takes great pride as employees, nothing is too much trouble. The room was perfect, great shower and the air conditioning worked well. The food was amazing, great choice and freshly made. I loved the rooftop pool,a real treat. This is a luxurious hotel which I can thoroughly recommend

One of the best hotel experiences I have had. The staff exceed my expectations of concern for their guests. There are so many little things I did it just made me feel welcome. We ate in two of their restaurants, and they were absolutely top-notch. They all I can say is it was a great experience, and when I won’t forget did a lot of nice little touches in the room it made it feel special. I

I used to think that the US is the country when it comes to customer service, until I stayed at Leela. It was a truly royal experience.

The service at this property was unmatched and the rooms were gorgeous. Definitely not a modern hotel, so if that's what you'd like, look elsewhere. Instead, it's a romantic, beautifully appointed, and well-maintained historic hotel. I hope I have the chance to return!

Great hotel. But two main issues. Firstly, we messaged them to provide our flight details but they never replied. Tried calling for hours but there was no answer. Thankfully, someone from the hotel was at the airport to collect us. Second issue was that when we checked in we told them we had more luggage so our car to the airport would need to be bigger. However at checkout they did not provide this and we rode to the airport with luggage in our lap. Other than that, the hotel was amazing and service first class.

Our stay at the hotel was awesome from the point of entry to the point of see off by the staff at every corner of the Hotel. My thanks and appreciations go to the duty manager, Vivek Kakria, who took care of our issues in such a way that we forgot if we had any issue. We and all other family member are looking forward to enjoying this property again in the future when coming to visit India from Canada.

Great modern 5 star hotel but not exactly a palace. Location is good but the views are not as we overlooked some derelict sites. The glass on the Qube restaurant needs some cleaning.
Unfortunately, VIP status was not recognised and the upgrade offered was a Club Room without use of any facilities which seemed pointless. Nevertheless, the upgraded room did not materialise and our room was the one that we had originally booked and by the lift.

I loved the hospitality received at the hotel. We were travelling first time with kids and all the staff made our stay the most memorable. We are already planning our return. The restaurants inside the hotel were amazing and the hotel was conveniently located near attractions and shopping. We loved our stay.

I have stayed at other Leela palace in India and the experience was complete different. The Leela in Delhi is not worth the price, I will never stay there not even as a complimentary stay. The staff were not as friendly, I asked for a special request and nobody acknowledged it, I was very disappointed.

What an absolutely incredible stay me and my husband had at The Leela Palace, New Delhi.
When we arrived in our chauffeur driven BMW 7 Series, we were warmly greeted by Muskan and the rest of the team. They made us feel like royalty from the moment we walked through the door.
The check in process was carried out in the room itself which was very convenient. As it was our honeymoon, Muskan had decorated the room with balloons and rose petals and left a cake to help us celebrate.
Not only that, but when we were downstairs in the lobby, she brought us over a fresh bouquet of red roses. This made us feel very special indeed. She also gave us a lovely set of gifts as we left the hotel.
She really is a credit to the organisation.
We ate in both Le Cirque and The Cube during our stay, both of which were fantastic. Rubal, the cocktail maker in Le Cirque, created bespoke cocktails for us based on our preferences.
Nakul in Le Cirque was also fantastic and even gave us a tour of the kitchen after our meal.
The library bar was a great place to go for a drink also. A very unique experience.
I cannot praise this hotel highly enough. The service level from all the team was exceptional.
We will definitely return the next time we’re in New Delhi.

On arrival they greet you at the door and rather than checking in at the reception they take you straight to your room for what they call “fast check in” and instead of letting you unwind and relax they started yelling at us for payment and preaching their rules and regulations. The staff are very poorly trained, they lie and tell you they are looking into things or getting back to you when in reality they couldn’t care less. Good luck calling the receptionist or concierge from your room as you will be on hold forever. God forbid I had an emergency as no one picks up the phone. The hotel is over staffed and everyone is very busy doing nothing. They will say things are we are trying our best, getting back you to you, how can we help you when in reality they go about doing nothing the second you have your back towards them. This hotel is only concerned with how they can get their money out of you. I would suggest staying at a hotel with a major chain like Sheraton or Shangri la . Leela hotel looks very beautiful but there is no hospitality- it’s just on the surface- not genuine . I had a very very stressful stay

Wanted to see real Delhi but concierge just interested in touting his 7 series BMW for nearly £50 a day, which is just ridiculous. Repeatedly said this is not what I want but they don't listen. Didn't even order it but was provided and charged for. They got a guide for me but again they are interested in showing what they know and want to. Instead ask for local taxi and ask that driver to stay with you all day - much cheaper, authentic and more real and you will see what YOU want to not what they THINK you should be shown as a 'tourist'. Hotel is stunning looking but not a true 5 star. Staff in kitchen are kind.

Every morning, at breakfast, one of the servers, Bishal, was there to suggest new items on the menu. He did an excellent job of making sure we had everything plus some. Great job!

Beautiful hotel. The pool is amazing. Excellent value for money is you get the packages up front like Club or food packages). Service is good, but they try to up sell their add on (expensive) services, which if fine. Food and drinks are expensive, but to be expected. The Spa expensive although expensive were amazing, and worth the money. A great small touch is the incredible flowers everywhere; incredibly beautiful.

Great experience with awesome service right from the point you check-in. The only reason giving 4 instead of 5, we had couple of issues in the room, which were mostly unexpected. The food was great and lounge access was great experience also.
