I showed up to the Hotel and they told me I didn’t have a room reserved! Have revered 2 rooms a few months ago and paid for them. I had to re-pay for 2 rooms to stay and might not get my money back!

Went to Billings for a doctors visit. Had an appointment late morning. Accidentally left a small duffle bag and a Walmart bag on the end of the bed. They did call us to let us know. Called them back when we finished with our doctor an hour after check out time. Found out they charged us 200.00 dollars for leaving the bag. Their main reason being housekeeping had left for the day. The manager was unprofessional, rude and frankly did not care. We would have gladly paid a late check out fee, but 200.00 dollars was one and a half times our room rate for the night before. His unwillingness to help or even entertain our explanation was disheartening to say the least. They need to replace this person as he does a disservice to the hotel. We’ll take a minute and find a better hotel next trip.

We loved the pool and our gigantic room! Quite rooms, plenty of room. Breakfast on Saturday would be nice if it opened at 6:30 with school activities and sporting events starting at 7:30. Pet friendly and reasonable rate!

The front desk was very kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were dirty but the hottub was still very hot and had strong jets. Breakfast was good. Would def stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at La Quinta. It was nice and clean. The (male) check in person was friendly and check in was quick and easy. The room was nice and clean. The mattress could probably be replaced. The breakfast the next morning was one of the best we have had at a motel stay. Food was good and the taste was good. The lady working was very busy and polite.

Very nice entry, sitting area, and breakfast area. Hot breakfast. We left something behind and they were kind enough to call us about it! But then you get to the rooms... uncomfortable bed (queens? felt like doubles), noisy air conditioner/heater that ran all night non-stop. Room quality needs an upgrade, especially the bathroom

This hotel has become run-down since we last stayed there. Our bathroom fan would not turn off, and screeched during the night. The paint was peeling off the inside of the bathroom door, and the shower curtain had a sticky black stain on it. Not real appealing. The cushion on couch in the suite was falling apart, and the cover could not be zipped up. Room 204 needs a little spruce up.

The LaQuinta was great, the rooms were clean. The pillows are not that great. The staff wasn't very friendly. It would've been a great experience if they didn't seem so uptight about everything. I get the wristbands and the pool to regulate who comes in and out, but the staff can tone it down. We paid the money to stay there.

The lobby staff were nice but smelled like cigarettes. We used the fold out bed and found dirty Qtips in the sheets. The paint on the doors of our room was chipped.

We really enjoyed our stay. What was really special was when we walked in, the lobby had multiple Christmas trees all decorated in different themes. It really is a must see! We The room was very clean and comfortable and breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend it!

Hotel was clean & they granted our requests for first floor, etc which helped tremendously traveling with two dogs and a newborn. The room did have an overpowering smell of deodorizing spray but it faded after a few hours. My only thing was the front desk agent that was obviously dealing with some not pleasant personal issues (on her cell phone and later I’m assuming it was her partner and child at the desk). Sometimes life gets in the way of our jobs, but step outside or away from the desk.

I stayed here with my dog. The front desk staff offered a water bowl and treats. So nice! The room was large and very clean. The property was convenient to lots of places. I look forward to staying there again!
