The hotel is a gem hidden behind a porsche dealership. It's not in a great area. The staff make up for it. We were treated with such kindness. They saw we were tired and our door keys didn't work. They came and fixed it and brought us a snack for the trouble. Invited us to come have a tea or a hot chocolate. The breakfast was very nice. Building was clean. There is one problem. If trains bother you this isn't the right hotel. There are no horns but there is a railway yard across the street. You will feel the locomotives moving. Quiet but shaky. Didn't bother us a we live in a small town held hostage by loud trains. The rooms were nice beds comfy.
I enjoyed this stay. Again the staff really stand out.

Fast and easy check in. Host offered me a bottle of water- it’s a small gesture, but was so appreciated. Outstanding.

When we arrived at our room the sofa had crumbs on and appeared stained and unclean. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and I had to retrieve some soap from the front desk because there was no staff available except the front desk clerk. On the way out of the hotel my sister almost tripped over a long metal piece near the front door that was supposed to be affixed around the carpet in the enrty way. The front desk clerk was notified of the broken metal piece.

The property is in a convenient location with good access to number of restuarants and shopping etc.
The service at the property is not good at all, we stayed in the room for two nights and room was not cleaned after first night of stay, we called multiple times and we were put on hold for more than hour before someone at front desk answered. Even then the room WAS NOT CLEANED.
we had to go and get the extra towels as if there is no one is available to deliver them.
The bathroom doors, draws are not working propertly ie we can neither lock them not keep them inplace.
Overall the service is terrible !

Blood stains on carpet….big.could have been replaced as they are carpet tiles.asked to be moved. Second room better but still stained carpet. When I asked front desk they said they had had several complaints about the blood stained carpet. when I asked why it hadn’t been fixed then, the girl said, well housekeeping can’t get the stains out. So I said then why doesn’t maintenance replace the carpet tiles. She said she didn’t know. But they were doing some renovations next year. I thought it was very sad that they wouldn’t let carpet issues like that. Go on for six months to a year because in the future they’re going to do something. when the manager was asked about this, he was very unprofessional and even rude to us. Absolutely unacceptable will be treated like that by a manager. The manager alone cause this review. Not even the stain on the carpet and I’ve been treated right I wouldn’t have necessarily had this type of a score.

Manager D. W. is unprofessional, poor speech, and has an attitude. Not customer service oriented. Small issue he turned into a major issue- after he called to us to talk about even though desk person took care of problem. We were happy until he called and spoke down to us.We are educated professionals and he showed that he obviously is not.He should not be in a management position representing Marriot. Hourly staff was fine and friendly. Promote them instead.

The room initially what we got was having some issues like Flush doesnt work when i called the front desk and told them she's offering me plunger and says no technician available now, then i was surprised and said i would like to change the room.
The other room was comparatively small and lights didnt work and the sofa bed was very hard and not comfortable at all.
Will not visit and would not recommend using this hotel in future

The staff was nice and the rooms were spacious, but not as clean as I had hoped. The room needed to be dusted and the couch looked unclean and worn. I was there 3 days and no one ever attended to my room even though I had asked. The breakfast was not good...at all.

Booked us in a dirty room, sheets had makeup brown stains and dried up cheetos . Towels had pubic hair all over them, no hand towels. Sofa and carpet covered in stains mattress and box spring were just as disgusting. Management did nothing to make things right or to even accommodate us in a different room.

When I showed up to check in. The front desk said they over sold the rooms and I may or may not have a room. I booked a room with two queen beds. They were eventually able to find a room with one king for me. We were going to have to use the pull out sofa for our daughter, however the bedding supplies for the pullout bed was dirty. Carpet in the room was dirty and the couch cushions were stained and gross.

We really enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff were very friendly and the location of the hotel was perfect. We have stayed at this location before and will continue to stay here in the future.

Searched for 3 and 4 star hotels - this property came up in search results, but is clearly a 2 star facility. Was assigned a room next to the elevator - noisy until early in the morning. Breakfast was average - slow to be set up, but staff rushed to shut it down at 10:01 am. AC in room was a little noisy, and red blinking lights on smoke detector above bed were very annoying. Hot water pressure was poor and variable - not okay.

Stayed 3 days and housekeeping didn’t come by once. Had to go to the lobby and get towels myself. Never again, Springhill!

Housekeeping missed our room on our first day of stay. Confirmed with front desk that we’d need our room turned and a note was left on our account to ensure housekeeping would come through on the second day. They did not. Confirmed with front desk that the note was still active on my account, even though our room wasn’t turned over for a second day. Had to go down to the lobby and get my own towels.

The first room we were put in has no AC. The room was let me put it this way I had to Lysol the entire room. Some lights did not work and there were stains on the sofa. The blanket was dirty looking and flimsy. I have stayed at these hotels before and this was by far the worst. I would not stay there again. Very disappointing

They have some construction nearby but I haven't heard it in my room. The outside looks well kept. The decorations in the lobby and common areas is beautiful. My room is large and beautiful too.

Had a great stay but the restroom doors needs to be fix because they are not level right and when locking the door, i can be seen getting out the shower. Overall everything else was super great and staff was amazing.

Everything was great at this hotel except the couch bed in our room which didn’t open all the way. We paid extra for the extra sofa bed, so it was disappointing that it didn’t work. Aside from that, I have no complaints and would definitely stay here again as it was reasonable, comfortable, and had a pretty good selection of breakfast items. Well worth the money.
