Very quick check-in with a screen at lobby counter. You enter your name and find your reservation. You get your keys from it as well. So efficient! Conveniently right next to the Chikushi Exit of Hakata Station, also right next to a Family Mart. Will stay here again!

The room was not that clean, there was hair at the bath tub. Have been checked in twice in this trip. The staff for first time checked in was not helpful. She didn’t tell us the room information was on the slip, and never show us our room was at the annex that we had to use another escalator, we had to go up and down to find our room.

It was ok, the room advertised when booking was totally different. It looked bigger when advertised but when i actually entered, it was different style and size. I would definitely screen shot the hotel room picture of the actual booking then compare to the actual rooms you get. The japanese blanket in side the sheet had stains on it. Didn't see it until day before leaving. The interior rug is run down. Its seems the hotel needs an upgrade. For the prices, on the expensive side. Location, location, location. It was a very convenient hotel, super close to Hakata Station. Lawson, Family Mart and 7-11 conbini is very close by. Rooms in Japan are very small compared to rooms in the US, so don't expect much. All in all it was ok.

Best loaction, it’s very close to train station. Room is clean and spacious. The staff in reception is patient and polite.

Room was very dusty with dust on the walls and ceiling especially near the vents. Closest spelled of urine. Registration took a while even though they were not very busy.we had to register with an automated system on a computer but a staff member still walked us through everything. I'm not sure how this was supposed to make things easier or faster. No safe in the room, overpriced breakfast option compared to other hotels. Inconsistent air conditioning temps.

Excellent location : very closed to the JR Station, Metro Station, Bus Terminal. Most of the staffs are friendly. Free coffee machines placed at the lobby is convenient for all the guests. Will stay again if we travel Fukuoka in future !

This hotel is extremely kind. Their location is perfect! We went to the station frequently and every time when we are heading back it felt like going home when we see our hotel right around the corner of our eyes! Staff are kind and polite and helpful! Rooms are reasonably spacious and very well maintained and clean. We were on a shopping frenzy and the room is more than big enough for our “operations.” They are simply kind beings with a big heart and with an understanding for the difficulties that people may face during traveling. I give them my biggest praise and sincerest thank you for helping us in every possible way. Very grateful we encounter this establishment.

Conveniently located. Excellent amenities. Breakfast was great, lots of food varieties. Excellent staff, very accommodating and helpful. We will stay here again if we visit Fukuoka. Highly recommended to everyone. Near to shopping, good restaurants, places to visit in Fukuoka.

Stayed at a deluxe double room with my partner over our short stop to Fukuoka. Normal business hotel. Points to improve: poor flow of drains, very stinky shower room(probably the shower curtain is not maintained well), tilted painting hanging over the bed board, and direct lights that hit our eyes over the pillow. Hotel is just next to Hakata station, the location with good transportation.

The best hotel so far during our current trip around kitakyushu, highly recommend to anyone visiting Fukuoka.

Great stay! The hotel was convenient since it was next to the train station. The shower pressure was amazing and the shower stall had so much room.

Only 1 min away from the Hakata train station which is also a shopping complex. Very convenient!

Staff was wonderful. Room was comfortable and clean though a bit small. Best location to walk around or hop on a train. Wish the restaurant was larger to accommodate more people during breakfast. Still, service and location were supreme!

The sheet and pillows were dirty, with red spots on and when we requested to change them, the staff gave a new sheet to us and expected us the change the sheet by ourselves.

Location was excellent. Family Mart next door and another across the street. Lots of restaurants across the street and Hakata train station too. Very convenient
