Everything was great, their helper was availed 24 hours a day for day in day out assistance, shes friendly and made sure I was well taken care off.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT

Lights in bathroom don't work. Reported this, nothing happened. Mattress was uncomfortable. No napkins , no jam, not so nice coffee. Check the power supply to the kettle and toaster - not acceptable. No emergency light at front door during power outage.

The neighborhood is very nice. The house is very beautiful and clean, with nice decorations. The rooms are also very comfortable. The staff is exceptional.

The place is super peaceful, staff always available to assist. It really is a "home away from home".

Arrived on a late flight and met by member of staff. Room large, very clean and comfy with full bathroom, which is always a bonus. This accomodation is in a very safe area which was my reason for choosing it, however with no vehicle it is remote and out of the way, not handy for sourcing food in the evening, but it's catch 22. Overall nice place, staff friendly, accomodation very clean and comfortable

Breakfast very average, my first one was disappointing as left on the table at 0800 and I didn't wake until 0900 due to flight, so cold and mostly inedible.

The whole house is beautiful, clean and in a very safe area.

It was a bit cold so maybe there could’ve been a heater placed in the room for cold nights.
