Excellent location to stay

Great stay for five days

Everything was great from check in to check out. The property was clean and well kept.

Nice little place it was clean and we had enough room for the 4 of us to be comfortable, however the kitchen was a bit cramped.

My stay was pleasantly pleasing and Alex is an excellent host who responds rapidly and is very considerate. I highly recommend staying at this property. He’s quite the super host!

This was a very nice place to stay for a night while I was in town for work. Immaculately clean, with two bedrooms, a full kitchen, a private outdoor patio area, and two parking spots right outside my door. There was no check-in process, just a door code - couldn't be more simple than that. The owner sent a welcome text after my check-in time and offered several dining recommendations as well. I'd absolutely recommend staying here, especially if you're traveling with companions.

Great stay and the host is amazing.

The condo was spacious, clean and in an area that was pleasant for walking. It was also quiet and had a good supply of dishes, cutlery and pots. We really appreciated the pods of coffee left. The bed was comfortable and the bed linens and towels were clean and in good condition. Please consider the additionn of tea towels, saran wrap and foil for the kitchen.

quite, walking distance to supermarket and fast food, close to parks, water side too. I even walked all the way to the beach. Host, Alex is very pleasant and always there to help. Thank you.

This was a very disappointed lodging experience I've ever had in my trip to Florida. The bath room is extremely small, and the bed was in a poor condition. It only has a paper thin sheet on the bed, though they provide blanket but it looks dirty. The lamp at one side of the bed was broken, and there was only one wall outlet for charging mobile devices. The room has wall mounted air conditioner which is shabby, couldn't provide comfortable room temperature. The worst thing is the coffee machine is very shabby and dirty, I can't use it because it's too dirty. I called the host to tell him that I need a coffee machine or a你electric kettle which in a good condition, the host first said this was the one they can provide, after I insisted, he told me that he would ask someone to buy an electric kettle and sent to me later in the evening. But after waiting until late night, I didn't receive anything and the host didn't say a word for no show. Later on they sent me a message telling me to write positive review, if I had any issues, I can contact them directly. I think this is not acceptable. I did contact them to report the issues, but they didn't solve my problem though they said they would. The overall experience with this condo is terrible! The service and condition of the room are so bad given the high price of room rate.

Cant think of an experience that i was more pleased. Clean, easy, and convenient. I would definitely book again.

How close it was to everything including beaches and nice restaurants.

It is a very nice apartment, quiet , nice and soft sheets and a much needed coffee maker with capsules provided. Alex was very helpful getting us accommodated, we only stayed one night but a nice place for a longer stay.

Stayed for two nights. Everything was clean. Great little place!

We stayed one night to be close by for early morning flight. Apt was super clean. Only thing was we didn’t arrive until 5 and the AC was on 75. We turned it down and went to dinner and at 8 it was still 74. Maybe a nest thermostats where host can turn AC down earlier on hot days when guests are arriving. Host was helpful in trying to remediate issue. He also had excellent dinner recommendations which was appreciated since we hadn’t researched the area. We would stay again for sure. Plenty of room for 5 of us.

My relative that I was visiting actually knew the previous owner of this property, so I let her come in the check it out because the new/current owner has done a complete remodel. We both agreed it was a fantastic re-do. Loved the large laundry room and modern amenities!!

We only needed to lay over for a flight, but it was a nice place, easy to find, and had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area. The neighborhood seemed to be safe as well.

Completely in disgusting condition. Furniture covered in human fluid and I did not say in the property after viewing it . I left and hour after and the property manger did not show as promised. I want a refund . As I have pictures of the condition.

Great little appartment. Cute, well decorated and comfortable. Perfect for a stay solo or with family. Close to everything, but no gym....but who needs a gym on vacation. Definitely recommend.

The apartment was very comfortable and well maintained. We enjoyed being able to prepare a few meals (especially breakfast) in the well equipped kitchen. Communication with the management was superb. They responded to inquiries incredibly quickly and offered helpful advice and dining recommendations. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the many shops and dining establishments on Las Olas. Would stay here again.

It is the second time I stayed here. I like the amenities; kitchen, washer/dryer, tv, couch. Comfortable living for a vacation.

Beautiful and cozy condo, great host easy check in everything was super comfortable will definitely be back next time I'm in the neighborhood.
