Cleaning very poor. Mould, dirt and neglect really showing.

We loved the locaton and the views - we would stay again although there were some things that were not satisfactory

We did not like the treatment or the attitude of East Coast Getaways. We did ask ahead of time the size of the garage as we have a Prada - they were not helpful. We googles and the garage was small. We had to borrow another car and not take the risk that our car would not fit. We went into the garage after two days - there were millions of ants - we phoned them and they did come around - we had to park in the street. We were afraid of ants being in the car. The lady told us she would inform us when the problem of the ants was fixed. She never phoned! The unit itself was lovely except for the dirty lounge. It is pilled and stained. There was sand under the lounge and we could not move it - there was sand in the lounge. There was still sand on the floor of the living room. I would have told the lady when we dropped the keys off but she did not come to the door - a man outside said there is someone in there!! Everything is automated. When we arrived at 2.10 on the Sunday we still had not heard from them as to where we could get the keys. We phoned the emergency number She said - yes I should send out the SMS We asked where the office was and she told us "near Kentucky Chicken" no proper directions. We felt they were not friendly or helpful. We also were hestitant about sending a copy of our credit card - we explained that we just got a new card as we were hacked. She was rude and unhelpful, we were happy to pay the $500 bond over the phone. We understand that automation is the way things are done but we are older and have rented many properties and have never had a bad experience before. As an owner of a beachside unit myself I would not like our guests to be treated that way. Courtesy goes a long way. Thank you.

Well lit up home with a fresh and modern look and an amazing view of the water from the livingroom. Kitchen and bathroom were really clean. Personal parking spot (garage) Really family friendly Would 100% rent again!

Beds matress felt really old and hard. Couch really needs an update as it's ripped and falling apart at the bottom. TV sometimes wont respond to the remote, so we had to turn it on and off from the powerpoint. There is no personal washing machine (Shared with other units on ground floor)

Great location with a lovely view. The beds were so comfortable.

Toilet didn't work very well, we had to keep taking the lid off and flicking up the plunger thing to refill the cistern. Also no outside light, i found was a safety issue when trying to get up the stairs in pitch black. Otherwise it was great!!

Only good thing about the property was its location and the view.

Filthy linen and couch. Dirty and dusty appliances and floors. Broken doors and locks. Cockroaches in the bathroom. No airconditioning. No fan in living area. Lights kept flickering all the time. Tried contacting the manager, but no response to phone calls and emails. Unhygienic place. Not recommended.

Very clean Spacious Location is perfect, half way between the rock pool, swimming beach area and shops and restaurants. Very comfortable

There was no air conditioner and no dryer really needs to have a dryer in the shared laundry.

We had a few cockroaches and bugs around the kitchen and bedroom areas. Hair dryer did not work. One side of the toaster wasn’t working. Floor could have been a bit cleaner.

The apartment was exactly like the photos online, it was very clean and the location was brilliant.

Would have been nice to have an air conditioner or fans in the living area.
