Great location, easy access, well equipped

The balcony was dirty, and we had to clean it before we went out there, otherwise would have been bringing dirt into the apartment

Well not much, considering the whole family is blessed with dust allergies, and the place was atrocious as we walked in. I’m only writing this review because whole trip everyone was complaining to me about the booking and if I had gave out my place to rent I would not leave it in the condition this hotel was left in.

Never written a review in my whole life but this hotel absolutely deserves this one for ruining our holiday before it even started. First of all they need to highlight that it’s a private property not really “Waldorf hotel/ Nesuto”, we went to the hotel to check in but we’re redirected to some real estate and wasted time collecting keys and paperwork so not really organised there. As we walked in we were in shock. The carpet had crumbs and rubbish all over, bedsheets were dirty, mirrors were dirty, balcony floor was all wet and dirty. Inside the bathroom there was dirty sheets just thrown in the bathtub, kitchen bench had hair and crumbs from last stay. Utensils and kitchenware all dirty. Place reeked and mouldy. The whole trip sneezing and watery eyes the cushions and sofa reeked we had to cover them with bedsheets to even sit on them. We tried to vacuum the second day but the vacuum stunk I had to close my nose and vacuum. We had a new born which made it even worse. By the time we were settled in and got the cleaners (who done a great job by the way) It was around 6 not really a 2pm check in. On top of that they had faulty alarms going off in the mornings, just a total mess and disaster. I’d love to upload some photos but I do not want to embarrass the hotel like that or whoever was in charge of the atrocious job. Never again will I stay here. I reccomend oaks across the road if you wanna save your money.
