The location.
The bed, the fridge.

The communication with Ms. Julie was smooth and clear. We had a great stay. Quiet, tidy and it is equipped with everything you need. The Location is good. Just a walking distance to Mall of Asia and nearby are restaurants, Salon, Massage Parlor, Laundry shop and Stores.
It was stressful finding a place where I can leave my extra luggage. I had to pay a thousand peso in a place nearby so that they can keep my luggage while traveling for a week to Palawan. The guards keep also asking (alot of times) and verefies the identity of us. Unlike hotels, you can leave your luggage anytime you want.

The location is great. It is walking distance to the Mall of Asia and connected to a convenience store and some restaurants. It has a washing machine.
The pool is not free. Parking is not free. It is incredibly small, good for one person.

i like the neatness of the room and the ambiance of the surrounding.
i expected that there will be bunk bed and 1 double bed. but it turned out, the available bed is double bed and single pull over bed... but its ok.

One of the best rooms we've stayed so far. Everything is available for use even the condiments. We really enjoyed our stay and was thinking of extending but unfortunately it wasn't available anymore so we will just book again next time.

Very nice apartment. Not that big (all of them are not big obv), cozy and the most equipped with everything I've seen for a long time. Nice view to the swimming pool too.
The owner is reachable and communicates very well.
Blackout curtains could be useful.
Need to submit copy of your ID and etc. at least one day before the checking date.

They have all what we need specially in the kitchenette. Bed and pillows are very comfy. The unit is well maintained and very clean. I highly recommend this property!
