The property was ok its no guarantee you will get the property listed on the pictures because I didn't. The pool is located so far away and you have to walk through a big parking garage to access it then its still more walking and I'm active so for those that aren't so much its a 10-15 walk to access pool and spa also they'll tell you that you will receive your deposit back which wasn't even told to me beforehand once you check out and the manager checks the unit. How about I checked out on the 5th with saying I was a wonderful guest its the 18th still no deposit of $250 and they didn't release it til the 10th a major inconvenience with only a sorry. Then I was trapped in the hallway for a while because the fop card they give you went out I called and got no response then received a text saying go downstairs but you are literally trapped inside and can't get downstairs I will never stay there again just because they don't tell you certain things before arriving and then withholding money longer than supposed to is totally wrong and unprofessional

What a wonderful experience here at Miami vacation rental brickell! It was clean smelled amazing, beautiful views, fast service! Beautiful outdoor pool! A great place to stay! Bed was very comfortable! Nice outdoor space to enjoy a nice city view!

The shower made a humming noise constantly. Made complaints nothing was done. Also there was construction across the street lots of noise in the morning not happy. I’m unable to load videos of the noise in the bathroom.

The room and hotel was great. Breath taking views! Awesome amenities and easily walkable to most things. There was only a couple of minor kinks like the extremely hard to open balcony door which seems to be a problem with the neighboring rooms. Everytime the nearby rooms opened their balcony doors, our entire room shook and woke us up. Some of the furniture was lightly stained so we avoided sitting in it.

The checkin in process was smooth, communication was timely and Silvia and Natalia answered all my questions, and their team even helped me bring my bags to the apartment. Brickell is a wonderful location, the apartment is close to shopping malls, grocery stores, transportation and restaurants. I love the decoration in the apartment, the view to the pool and the amenities are great. I will definately stay here again!

The room is not what I chose on the website. I didnt get parking informtion till the day before and they didnt have enough spots to cover the rooms. There is nomention of having to pay hourly valet or park offsite on the listing or that you have to resreserve parking separately when they"remember to send the reservation appointment" that was the worst part. You dont get a clear choice in the room you recieve. We had a low bed and i chose a suit with the regular height beds. the Tv functions in the living room and bedrooms were not signed into before we got there. I sent for help on this issue and the maintenance worker did not know how to fix it or speak English ( miami). The jacuzzi that is displayed in the room didnt work. It actually malfunctioned and caused a leak in the restroom. A maintenence person was called to flip the el tric box to.turn it off. So we couldn't use the tub in our luxury suite.
There was paper towel residue all over the appliances. There were water stains on the coffee table. There is a huge open window next to the kitchen with no curtain or shade so you are completely exposed in the kitchen. The size of the 2 bedroom suite is great. The view is awesome 👌. The person who checked us in was over worked but still very pleasant i think her name was Debbie young girl but so nice and helpful. There were alot of issues but when you asked for help they did try to help and were very cordial about it so we appreciated that

Beautiful apartment with a great view of downtown, very spacious for our family of 4 and kids loved the pool. We walked to whole foods which was a nice break from eating out. Easy check in/out & quick response from Kat for any questions

Very nice property manager who helped a lot when we checked in. The location and the view is so good that we definitely will come back again. Parking is difficult and expensive here. Parking in the buildings nearby is recommended.

This was a great stay. Will be back. For further notice just don’t bring a car. There’s no parking; only valet which restarts every time you leave. Which just means there will be unnecessary money spent. Other than that , you’ll love everything. Area is more of the new wave of people, with everything you need.
Room floor/carpet could use some new furnishing but I loved it, wanted to stay longer.

The location is great right on the water in Brickell with access to restaurants and entertainment all very close. The amenities (pool deck, gym, and spa) are all excellent. Whole Foods is 2 blocks away.

Excellent location! Very cool venue (in same complex as Cipriani Miami) and the room was an amazing value given that it was a 90% discount to the rates at the adjoining hotel (the unit was in the condo section of the hotel). Very clean and comfortable with extended stay type amenities (full kitchen and utensils). Nice city view. Access to spa, fitness center and pool (I didn’t use regrettably because of business trip schedule) but those looked on par with hotel amenities. If you don’t need full service hotel, this is an excellent alternative given the value trade off.

Residence was a bit of a struggle to get into. Host was very friendly and positive. The tub has a power issue that turns off and in with the switch in the closet. Overall we had a solid stay. We’ll do 2 nights next time

We loved the rooms and decor. It was just not very clean (balcony had a layer of soot all over it, the wine glasses weee dirty and when we pulled out the sofa bed it was full of dust and hair - yuk). It was also missing some supplies. The agent was great super responsive and helpful - thank you Kat!
