Nice property, clean and spacious
No parking and was difficult to get parking nearby, sign in process is tricky.

Overcomplicated check-in, and checking out, security to get access. Prefer to be met by someone, or at least delegate to a nearby business. There was a car hire firm across the road. They would be used to handling bookings, and could give and collect the keys
