My room AC was not working properly they did offer another room but I - was already settled there is 230v plugs inside the shower room which is dangerous The bed mattress was over used and had no back support when I` checked underneath it there were some broken pieces of boards put on top of and between the mattress topper

I didn't like the fact that i booked online on this site and my reservation was confirmed only to get there and told the rooms were fully booked, the online system was not updated. But i did my reservation 3 day prior my arrival in Zambia

The breakfast whas horrible, had to wait for the cook to get to work.

No reception on tv. Shower water was cold. Carc machine did not work. Bathroom door almost fell off. Wash basin and toilet fitted so low, you can hardly use it. Garden unkept. Not a nice place. Matress on bed must be thin foam, felt if I slept on planks.

Location was good, staff was lovely and the lodge had a beautiful garden.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The bed in room had no comfort, cockroaches were everywhere, please can you at least provide with cockroach spray in the rooms. Please also buy new clean sheets and pillows.

Pillows sub standard,bed linen poor with old stains. Mattress with no comfort.

Very peaceful and quiet, I loved it.

The mini pool could have been cleaner.
